Would prefer it if we had a only post 1985/1990 debut criteria or something on those lines so as to prevent people from sticking in names they're unlikely to have seen play and rely only on stories and averages to make a call.

Debut date. Think anything going back to around 65-70 is fine.

20 tests minimum and a max of 3 players per nation is what I have decided so far. Even thinking of having a minimum of 6 countries represented but that's just a thought. There will be a time period, no idea what as I haven't thought of it. Suggestions welcome.
