Telegraph Investigation: England Manager Sam Allardyce For Sale | Big Sam leaves England job

Not the first time this has been said. There was quite a bit of dodginess around Sam at West Ham, wasn't there? I'm sure Ravel Morrison claimed to have been told he had to hire a certain agent or play in the reserves.

That didn't take long.
The English press is a bit shit to be honest. Whinge how shit the team is and go out their way to sabotage the team and management.
So, he should get away with this kind of stuff?

I think we are all aware how dodgy the business of agents and signing players is. Just don't be stupid enough to get caught on camera saying it. Not while you are the national manager!

This is only the beginning. They will be releasing more.

You don't think it's wrong that he's being flown out to Asia and taken out to dinner in Manchester to talk about these things? They're effectively paying him for advisory services and the advice he's given them are hardly legal.

What advice has he given them? I might need to read the article again as I couldn't see him advising on how to do anything.

Awesome, maybe they'll lay off Rooney, Mourinho and all things United for a while. I'll take that.

Not a surprise. as dodgy as redknapp.

It'll sounded like he was being asked to give a 'keynote speech' in Asia from what he actually said in the video.

Steve Bruce it is then!

After he is sacked maybe the FA will look in the Championship for a manager.

Edit: Actually Bruce managed there last season so they already did :D

No team could ever achieve anything with Sammy Lee as assistant anyway.

For me it's not really the end of the world really.

I just find it a bit odd the media put themselves on a pedastel and give themselves the right to slate managers and players then go out their way to ruin their careers. Equally they have a habit of moaning when the teams don't bend over backwards for them with interviews.

Going out your way to set someone up like that is a bit scummy for me as well, really is the gutter press.

You thought Big Sam was going to take England to greatness?!

Nah not at all I just it's weird the press who go out their way to tell us all that is wrong with the team then go out their way to sabotage it.

It's a great shame there's no Bog Sam face cam planted in his house right now to see how his head turns red and inevitably explodes.

I'd be more disappointed with his bollocks about psychological problems behind England's failures.

:D:D:D
A blessing for you English. One dinosaur replacing another was a shite idea.
This. What kind of decision maker decides to start these deals once he's gotten the best job he can possibly have. Lucky for the FA that these journalists do a better job than them, they won't even have to pay him compensation.

thick bastard for getting caught with this kind of shit - to be fair to him, he does at least reject the talk at the end about bungs etc

He explained in the video how you get money out of signing players and how 3rd party ownership is still doable in England despite the rules. This he's saying to a supposed agent firm from Hong Kong and with him is his own agent and financial manager. What do you think is happening here?

Didn't see that bit! just him talking about England's failures.

3rd party ownership is still doable, isn't it?

If he's is talking about making money from transfers, he's done.

I'd put money (irony not lost) on the Premier League player being bailed out by an owner twice for his gambling debts being John Terry.

Always amazes me the risks and lengths rich people will go to for more money.

100% win record, will go down as England's greatest manager ever our Big Sam.

Get in.

The article is a bit woolly on the £400k deal he negotiated, we need more detail.

No chance. Eidur Gudjohnson maybe, i've heard some crazy stories about him.

Terry remortgaged his house god knows how many times because of his debts. Former England player too.
