T20 World Cup

It's a shame the third generation Afro-Caribbeans don't give a feck about cricket.

Would be nice to see the Oval packed with them like in the auld days.

If I had one wish, aside from shagging Adriana Lima, it would be to see the WI return to the top with four great fast bowlers.

Englands batting has been a big let down. Pieterson and Bopara being the exceptions.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Sarwan launches four and eliminates England!!!! haha Sidebottom with his dumb looking face!

GET IN!

Poor Addict.

Windies are potentially a World Class out-fit, they have so much raw potential waiting to be nurtured. I hope they go on to win this Tourney and bring back the golden days for West Indies sake.

i reckon this is the first time a batsman got a man of the match for scoring 19 runs.

No. Good batsmen, shit bowlers.

Gayle, Sarwan, Pollard, Chanderpaul in the batting

If Taylor delivers on his potential and Powel ever strings together two decent performances, they'll have good support for Edwards in the bowling

With Samuels coming back from suspension they could be a very strong team at home

I hope it happens

Fidel's a genuinely outstanding international bowler

Taylor's got a beautiful bowling action and has decent nip

Powel's got a pitiful record but along the way he's won them a couple of games single-handedly

If all three of them click, they'll have a pretty decent attack

I've seen them all, I don't think much of them, to be honest. I think they're okay in the limited overs stuff but they're exposed at test level.

Can't believe you don't rate Edwards

He'd have made quite a few people's World XI in 2008

He blows hot and cold. His test average must be hitting 40(in fact it is!) and it's not like he's a spring chicken, so you can hardly put him in the one for the future bracket.

Since the start of the Sri Lanka series last year he's taken 47 wickets in 13 matches at 31. Not outstanding, but very encouraging compared to the rest of his career, he's averaging 44 in the previous bit, and I'm sure his stats are not helped by his being the lone hand in that attack.

At 27 I'd also say he's got his best five years ahead of him.
