1. Flat Wickets. Batting paradise (like the wickets featured in Eng vs SA in this t20 wc)
2. Slow pitch and gives lot of help for spinnners and slow bowlers (like the ones in the WC featuring India)
3. Green Tops. Swing will be a factor (like the ones in the recent asia cup)
4. Hard wickets with pace and bounce but batting friendly. No swing. (like the ones in the RCB games in ipl)

Those weren't good pitches for T20 cricket imo. Should be something more moderate.
Its a challenge right? I mean the ideal t20 pitches are flat batting paradises and you rarely find the other kind of pitches.

Yeah, I do like pitches that have something for the bowlers but the surface for India vs NZ was a bit too much. I like your amended version.
Match day rules -
- There would be no toss. Voters have to take into account that which team on average will win more matches, be it batting first or second.
- Pitch selection process will be as follows.
Pitch 1 (P1) - Flat batting track with no assistance for any kind of bowler
Pitch 2 (P2) - Good batting track with some assistance for slow/spin bowlers
Pitch 3 (P3) - Good batting track with some assistance for seam/pace bowlers
Pitch 4 (P4) - Slow pitch with variable bounce, mainly assisting slow/spin bowlers
Pitch 5 (P5) - Green pitch with good bounce, mainly assisting seam/pace bowlers
Now managers will PM me their choice of the pitch and block in this manner -
Manager 1 - Want Px, Block Px
Manager 2 - Want Px, Block Px
It will work as following -
Example 1 -
M1 - Want P1, Block P2
M2 - Want P2, Block P3
In this case, P1 goes though and is selected as the match pitch.
Example 2 -
M1 - Want P1, Block P2
M2 - Want P2, Block P1
In this case, both block each other off so they pick again from P3-5. If they block each other again, then the last remaining pitch gets selected by default.

Tbh I don't mind. I didn't build my team with particular conditions in mind. It's T20 after-all.
If conditions are going to be a big factor in voting then I like MJJ's suggestion of a best of five series so there is no disparity at the end.

No that is not how it works.
If we blocked different pitches then the last remaining pitch is the designated one.
If we block the same pitch then you need to toss up between the 2 remaining ones.
