If Gomes to Barca because Real dropped their interest it might indicate that Real is still in the running for Pogba, if they were taken in speed by Barca it might trigger a panic reaction that will come back for Pogba. I really hope Real is priced out atm, I really hope so, would have been much more at ease if Real would have signed Kante or Gomes, we would have been certain they wouldn't after Pogba anymore, but now...
I still fear it may all end with Pogba holding up a white shirt with his name on it together with Zidane and fecking Perez.

dunno about the exact midfield option of the two big clubs but Real's midfield seems sorted, think Zidane is quite reserved and will want to give a chance to the palyers who won the CL. Juve attracts at least a couple of midfielders every summer, I am always wondering how can they find space for them, this time Pjanic in and now they can control games even better without Pogba and with Pjanic, don't think they are in desperate need of midfielder...
