Are Di Marzio and Romano reliable? I've lost track of who is and who isn't honestly.
Yes. Di Marzio is a muppet's deity.

I don't get that Di Marzio tweet. Is he saying we have an agreement with Pogba?

According to Di Marzio, we've agreed personal terms with Pogba.

For what it's worth (very little), I reckon Madrid have pulled out of the running. €120m to break up a Champions League winning midfield is probably even too daft for Perez.

He seems to have highlighted the wrong word in that sentence there. It should be:

''Juventus always said they don't WANT to sell him.''

Yeah i'm sure they don't, which team ever does want to sell their best player. But when you are offered a world record fee for a player you signed for free. You sell it's as simple as that. If we actually make the offer of course.

If we've agreed a deal with Pogba, then I'm pretty sure Juventus will sell him, especially for the reported fee.

Raiola working his magic again  Give the man an entrance theme!

Yeah, I get that impression as well. Hopefully that's the case.

Regarding Pogba! I have heavily resisted feeding into this rumour but can honestly say that this now has me fully immersed clutching my semi, I must be muptised.

Seems every journalist has pretty much jumped on the bandwagon now, so there could've indeed been a briefing now Di Marzio has confirmed there's an agreement with the player and the fees involved. They don't get much more reliable than him.

To be honest, Jose did seem supremely confident in his press conference when speaking of the "4th player".

It is up to Raiola. Quite obviously that he is going to tell Juventus that Pogba wants to leave.

For what its worth Juve gave everything to Pogba whilst we shoved him out the door (something like that) they practically made him the 120m player he is today and also gave him the legendary no.10. Pogba may have agreed terms with us but there is nothing to say when Juve say no and give him assurances he will change his mind and stay. Next year he will then leave for 60m to Madrid.

His position as a liked player amongst fans and fellow players will be secured. He will have his preferred and desired move and Real will have their man and they will move Modric on with grace.

I dont see this happening at all until Pogba puts in a transfer request and says he wants to leave. Likely considering the above? Absolutely not.

He can't go to Madrid next season because of the transfer ban.Surely Juve won't turn down €120M.They won't get a higher bid and Pogba is going to leave sooner rather than later.

Why? Why would they sell? They are in the same boat as Bayern/Barca/Madrid they simply dont need the money. Have you seen the way they havw been throwing money around. They were offered Pjanic and said "ah why not" at 30 odd million. They absolutely threw cash at the midfield when Vidal left. Got Dybala/Mandzukic and had other top earners.

Us and City will find out the hard way that Juve at this point in time are more successful than us and have absolutely no reasom to sell other than a transfer request.

Much like Mulluer much like Bale much like Neymar.

We should be paying attention to how he handles this transfer and the amount of respect he shows Juve because, if we're honest with ourselves, it's likely we will be in the same position as they are in 4 or 5 years.

For that money that we are offering, and with no guarantees of Madrid being in a position to buy next season with a transfer ban likely in place; and the season after that, pogba will be 2 seasons away from being a bosman, I think juve will cash that cheque quicker than we can say 'Grazie', lol

Getting a world record fee from Madrid, hopefully TFM ready to take over by then

This really.

After Vidal i thought once bitten, twice shy. I kept my distance, but this still caught my eye. Tell me pogba, do you love united? Well, its been awhile, and i'm quite excited....

:nervous:

I'm invested.

We sign Pogba which stops Kross going to City and Juve can then turn down a huge bid from City for their star defender due to the Pogba money.
Like a boss Mr Woodward...

This man needs to be promoted no earlier than Martial actually grows a beard. The pessimism is unbelievable.

Juventus didn't need to sell Zidane, but they did.

Juve are not on the same level financially as the clubs you mentioned. They can't offer the same wages that we can and €120M is a lot of money for them to replace Pogba,Morata and their aging defence with.

Even then they may not want to sell but even so if Pogba wants to go there's not much they can do.They won't want to lose out on 120M to keep an unhappy player.

So if the tweets are anything to go by and Pogba has agreed terms, that means he's up for it, right? It's only Juventus who stand in the way?

There's something slowly growing on my face, the larger it gets the faster my heart beats.
