Billionaire Gina Reinhardt, despised by more or less everyone who doesn't have their snout in her trough, is upset at a small portrait in the National Gallery. She complained, aiming to get it taken down, but it hasn't exactly gone to plan. More gone viral. Shame :lol:

The list of shitty things our new Govt is doing is getting longer every day. I havent mentioned some of the things in recent times but this latest one is pretty vile. It shows just how clueless, vile and mean spirited they really are.
The Government is saving $56m over five years by dumping a programme topping up the pay of disabled workers to the minimum wage. That could see 900-plus workers - mostly with intellectual disabilities - continue to be paid as low as $2 an hour.
This Govt fails to understand the difference between what something cost and the value something brings.

Two NSW Health nurses have been stood down after video emerged showing them allegedly bragging about killing and refusing to treat Israeli patients.

The clip was shared by content creator Max Veifer speaking to a man and a woman, both of whom have been confirmed to be health workers from Bankstown Hospital in Sydney's south-west.

It is one of several videos on Mr Veifer's account that appear to feature conversations with people in different parts of the world — mainly the Middle East — on the app Chatruletka, which connects users with others at random.

Hopefully just idiot gobshites who haven't actually been murdering Jewish people on the wards. After all the anti-semitic attacks ranging from graffiti, criminal damage, targeting of school kids in the street to the burning of a synagogue this is all we need. Add Dutton using of these attacks for political gain and it is quite the shit show.

As someone who has previously worked in a hospital, I can confirm that nurses talk a great deal of shite.

Hopefully that's all it was.
 
The expected shit storm has hit. Initial inquiries haven't uncovered any adverse patient outcomes but I very much doubt a detailed investigation has been conducted yet. The two of them have been stood down and will be sacked. Cops are involved and hate speech charges may follow even if they were just shooting their mouths off (as you suspect is the case). What a waster of resources.

We are in a lead up to an election that already has the opposition playing the anti-semitism card left right and centre, forcing the government to keep repeating that yes, anti-Semitism is terrible. Plus I bet Jewish people aren't going to be fighting to go to Bankstown hospital any time soon. fecking idiots.
