I don't think he'd go on the media. He's far too miserable and dull for that to work.

So is Scholes and he's currently stealing a wage as a pundit.

In some people's opinion, yes he is stealing. However, he can offer insight that Slippy never will be able to...like what it takes to win the league and the grind involved.

Shearer, Owen, Henry, Scholes, Mills. Charisma vacuum archetype is already cast.

Wouldn't put Henry in there, I just think he's limited by what he can say cause he has to deal with fecking Redknapp.

Thierry's a chap.

Henry has been the fecking dullest one of them all.

He has absolutely nothing of any interest to say. He's been a real let down.

One time, when he played for England at Old Trafford, he spat on our club crest. Well known story
Slippy did this?! I never heard that. Dirty fecker....I'd expect some weird fan of another club to do that but a player of his standing:confused:

lol when people were comparing him to Scholes. Couldnt even believe people were debating it.

Its like his career has been split into two parts. The first part ends when he wins the European Cup. The second part starts with him handing in the transfer request.

Why is he never subbed? He brings nothing to the side, he makes them worse. He's as bad as Johnson at right back who seemingly won't ever get dropped.

I can just be diplomatic when I hear ones comparing them in their prime.

What cannot be even questioned is Gerrard's drop off in his final years. I mean Scholes was still pulling the strings. Gerrard is literally the weak link.

They really need one of his "trademark" thunderbolt goals for the highlight reel at his leaving do.

Scholesy adapted his game with his aging. Of course, that was easy for him given his far superior footballing intelligence.

Ive never heard this

Are you sure it is true?

So I'm very much led to believe my friend.

United fanzines, Liverpool fanzines, Liverpool forums, Liverpool supporting mates of mine have told the story numerous times.

There was even a piece in the latest UWS ridiculing him over it.....I will take my Scouse supporting mates word though

This is the worst thing about his starfish routines.

Sanctimonious hypocrite.
