Somehow I ended up watching boogie play this via twitch. Ended up watching for about 2 hours as the game was utterly hilarious. Almost like an extra long interactive episode of south park!

I think I might just watch this on YouTube. As others have said, it's like an interactive version, but I still wouldn't enjoy the gameplay. Love the little references to the show though.
Might not be a bad idea, If you skip the combat its like one long hilarious episode.
I didn't play any South Park game that had bigger ambition than just being a fun ride for a few hours but this one looks like having even 10 hours of South Park essence.
Brutal and vulgar games or even movies are becoming a rare thing these days and I love how South Park still is South Park after so many seasons.
This game should be supported, in my opinion. More products that say feck off to censorship for the win !

I wish this was available on the PS4, I want to play it but I don't really want to get games for my PS3 anymore.
Should I avoid this if I'm not really a big South Park fan? I like it sometimes, but it just gets too juvenile a lot.

Later when bosses becoming harder it's turning into some challenge but it certainly isn't a 'game' for everybody indeed.

Yeah you're close to the end. They do let you roam the town once you finish. I missed Santa too! And I'd spoiler that stuff.
Sorry, sorry. Done it. Was trying to edit it after I posted it actually but for some reason, Chrome didn't allow me to do it, Had to go on Firefox to get it done.

Just finished it. Awesome game, so much fun. Really loved it. Bit pissed off though that I can't get 2 of the little pokemon things or a few friends as you miss them if you don't do them during the mission.

Clyde you need to ask in the first minute as soon as you see him, the toy corporation I can't friend because I missed out on 2 of the pokemon things, and the bishop of banff because I killed him.

Only one shows on the map under treasures but I'm missing 2... one is the in the school which I can't get to because it's locked and the other I think is on the space ship.

Same here. Stuck on 120 friends, might have missed out Clyde. Finished all the Chinpokomons though. Might give it another playthrough on Hardcore.
The only song that I was looking forward to that's not in the game is Blame Canada. Well, not in it's proper form at least. Still fun to hear it in .mid form.

Well I completed the games main story and have to say I loved it! Couldn't stop laughing when you have to take a passport photograph.
That said I'm not sure it was worth the £39 I spent on it, I guess if they add more content later it will be worth it. But I'm a little annoyed at how short the main story arc was. Still I guess there's all the side quests - I wonder if I'm strong enough to unfriend al gore!

Started playing it today. Played until after the first battle in Cartmen's garden. It has great jokes but I think that's it.

Finished this a few days ago. Really enjoyed it, plenty of laughs. Though as others have said the battle system does get a bit old after a while.

Yes, I only played a couple of hours last night. It's fun walking around and interacting, but the actual "game" part doesn't seem much more than average. I'll probably see it through to the end though.
The censorship in this is strange.

Ive been really on the borderline of getting this. £40 on Steam is a lot though.
But everyone I know has given this game rave reviews. I wouldnt call myself a hardcore South Park fan but its definitely one of my preferred shows...

Finally got round to completing this. Very funny, especially the underpants gnome fight on the bed!
Have to echo everyone who found it absolutely hilarious. It's one massive long season of South Park in one go. So many fantastically funny touches and in jokes. I thought the combat was pretty decent for the first half, but once you get lots of speed potions on the go and have maxed out your perks, you basically get 4 attempts at wiping out your opponents before they get a chance to retaliate, and it's only really the bosses who can survive. That said, if you see it for under a tenner, which I think it is now, it will be the best money you ever spent.
Looking forward to the next game too even though Obsidian aren't involved. For fans of the series it'll probably be great regardless as Matt and Trey will be doing all the writing again.

Recently watched coon and friends story arc and found that brilliant, then I seen they're bringing a game out following that. Can't wait!
It's a cool game to play, not difficult, but keeps your attention too. It's nice to play laid back (literally), as with fifa and car games you're up and at the screen. Relaxing this is.

Is it out for XBOne? Or does the 360 version work on it? Very keen playing this but the XBOne is my only console set up.
