You haven't voted either?I really can't pick between the 2. Two good but flawed teams...
Getting 3 more votes might be a tough ask LeChuck, best we can hope for is the next vote. If we do a best of 5 for this game, we have to do a best of 5 for all other tied games in this draft which might not be possible.
NO Yorker ??
Too close to call mate. But anyway we need to choose one.Skizzo batting slightly better and again batting first had its merits. Going with skizzo.PS voted RT. Akash voted skizzo.
@Mani You are playing the draft ffs. Vote. Your vote will decide the game.
He switched to RT in the end just to tie it at 11-11 as he felt he didn't enough about the teams to vote. Skizzo would have won 11-10 if he simply abstained? Why not.
I was talking more in spirit than actual rules. There's nothing technically wrong with the vote. Why should that matter? He voted when the voting window was open.

Wait till you see the video I'm going to upload later today! Thanks! But after seeing those pictures, I think you're the real winner here
Congratulations @Skizzo twas a fine game of imaginary cricket next time I'll write the bestest profiles ever, just you watch!
Ffs that was the one bloody stat I forgot to get!Probably shouldn't mention this, but when I was researching my profiles, I came across some rather damning stats.
Look at your bowlers records against my openers that's what I alluded to in my OP about "a lot being made about your bowlers vs my batsmen" I think both of them faced bowlers here who had gotten them out the most times.
Mate, I kept on meaning to post the bowlers records in England but the conversation unfortunately was stuck on our batsmen.
It's always stuck on batsmen. Just look at the NM vs EAP game.Mate, I kept on meaning to post the bowlers records in England but the conversation unfortunately was stuck on our batsmen.
Honestly, that's the problem with cricket in real life. Sometimes you already know the winner just by knowing the toss winner.I'm ok with that
I think if you batted first, my team would have faced the same criticisms you did. I dont have a chaser or a deep batting team, so would have struggled to catch you. This match was probably decided by the coin toss.
Let it sink in... Sanath and Gayle have beaten Amla and GilchristIt's always stuck on batsmen. Just look at the NM vs EAP game.
Match up stats mean a lot to me. Love to see things like a bowler having a particular batsman's number. Pity.Ffs that was the one bloody stat I forgot to get!

Yeah, just like a lot of the test match discussions came down to the bowling units, for the ODIs its revolved around the batsmen. Not sure how justified either of those perspectives are. It's always stuck on batsmen. Just look at the NM vs EAP game.
. I know. Two absolute greats gone.Let it sink in... Sanath and Gayle have beaten Amla and Gilchrist
Ffs, put up our thread already. Our write-up is full of that.Match up stats mean a lot to me. Love to see things like a bowler having a particular batsman's number. Pity.
I think it is to be fair. Tests matches are a battle of endurance and concentration. It's difficult for a bowler to come running in 20-30 yards for like 20-40 overs in a game and still be expected to take wickets with regularity.Yeah, just like a lot of the test match discussions came down to the bowling units, for the ODIs its revolved around the batsmen.
