Six Nations Rugby Union

Other way if anything.

Oh, and by the way, this painting of England as underdogs and we should have beaten them by more is bizarre. This time last year this Wales backline were a bunch of kids. Winning at Twickenham is still a superb achievement

We've been shit, you're the best team this year, thats the way it's gonna be.

 Typically bitter.

It was a try but as it was the try or no try call, you obviously have to say inconclusive. Kick was a difficult one too.

Also they obviously didn't deserve it when we were leading for 70% of the game but could've gone either way. It was always going to come down to one play and I'm pretty gutted with the final result, specially after that final Strettle incident.

I was impressed with England's improvement and particularly Farrell and Tuilagi. Wales always strong, Warburton was their outstanding player I reckon.

Best game I've seen in a while. As England were actually able to compete.

Bitter ? Why because I want to see England lose at Rugby? The arrogance of the Englsih Rugby set up pisses me off no end. The carry on at the world cup etc.

Wales were the better side. Not by miles but they were the better side. These new batch of English players have potential though as they werent beaten by much.

Does having the name Lee Dixon automatically make you a boring git? If that England scrum half had taken any longer to decide what to do with the ball, Wales could have made a cup of tea while they waited.

Decent game otherwise. Wales were the better side, but didn't take a lot of their chances when they were on top. England will declare that not getting thrashed at home is a sign of great promise for their new team, even though it's not really.

Absolute bitter bollocks that

Not getting thrashed and all but beating a very strong Welsh side, is in fact, a sign of great promise for the England team. They stood head to head with them, matched them in a very physical game and put the fear of God into them for 80 minutes. I watched it with a pubful of Welsh and english and the only ones conusumed with complete relief at the end were the Welsh and were happy to admit it too.

We played quicker ball when we could, strong lineouts, scrums, quick aggressive tackling and against a class outfit and frankly anyone who watched rugby could see with a bit more experience and luck we'd have beaten them. Farrel was a revelation as were some of the other younger ones. And although the welsh had possession they struggled for 70 odd minutes to break down an English defence that at times looked very comfortable with them.

Where exactly is it you think that performance did not show any promise for the english team ??

Saw Stuart Lancaster today whilst I was walking around campus (England have a 3 day training camp at Loughborough), he was on his phone looking very relaxed.

On 30 seconds

You can see him put it down for a split second and then the ball gets dragged back afterwards but he gets it down behind the try line.

Anyway, Ireland v France this weekend on Sunday, should be interesting big test for Ireland that one.

Ireland winning 0-7 at the moment, have their tactics spot on so far, France finding it tough at the moment

Ireland seem to have just decided to switch off this half, bloody typical

Grand slam dreams to continue for the welsh then

After the disappointment of Paris last weekend I think ireland will be really up for this one

Would love to see Wales winning the Grand Slam. They are a class team.

Ireland owe Scotland a beating after last year's shiteness. So Scotland will probably win.

Delighted to see best get his chance to captain Ireland, he deserves it

If Reddan keeps box kicking I'm going to get pretty fecked off

Great start from England!

2 tv setup for today's sport and both games going well.

He just box kicked it away all day. No method, no direction, no gameplan, just kick in the air. Still better than O'Leary.

He was pissing me off Reddan with all that kicking. Just handing it back to the scottish each time really

Good for Wales, best team.

Interesting game here lots of errors and two evenly matched teams. England dominating the scrum though.

That's a horrendous Mistake from croft.

Oh feck this scrum crap today. It's going to cost us the game

Thats that then. Ireland abysmal in the scrum today and sloppy as feck all over the pitch.
Really miss o connell and o Driscoll.

Not related to the six nations but O'Gara is off to Toulon.

EDIT: Fake twitter supposedly.

Well done Wales. Big performances from a very young and promising side. England on the up too. Ireland need to up their game and find a few players in the next few yeards to compete.
