Not sure I'm that interested this year but it starts at the weekend.

France won the first game against Italy and now it's England vs. Scotland and I'm looking forward to it on this cold, snowy day.

I find it amusing how the Scots have to go back very nearly 700 years to find an event to base their anthem on.

So many handling errors and loads of kicking so far, not much of a spectacle.

So you like football and clearly like rugby, do you like cricket by any chance???

i don't know mate, never had a chance to watch a game

so i don't even know how it's played

I heard you have to be smart to understand the tactics

I thought you hated it, damn.

It isn't difficult to understand it though simultaneously it is difficult to get into those first few times because it is quite technical and tactical, especially at test match level.

So how big is rugby in Argentina, they are seemingly improving with every world cup they are at.

yes, that's what i heard

last september i was in a pub i londond and tried to watch a cricket game, i couldn't undertand shit

not only i didn't understand the purpose of the game, i couldnt tell who was winning

So we have trouble showing the actual game in the six nations too then.

when you say "we", you mean scotland or england?

because both are having trouble

Well I'm guessing it's the same BBC TV coverage, but all they do is show the bloody crowd.

Didn't think it was a try there coming off the wrist area.

Nicely done Foden! Poorly done Scottish man.

Anyone else's BBC HD randomly just switch to SD?

They have been good today but Scotland have been so sloppy in possession
They have had all the ball in the 2nd half and done feck all with it.

yes, when i said that, it was during an heroic england defense

but during the rest of the game england didn't need to do much

because scotland has been their own enemy, every time the scotts had a scoring chance, they managed to make an amateur mistake

England grinded that out. Scotland cost themselves the game.

Meh we won, they were better.

Hopefully we'll improve from this.

I've never seen so many handling errors and knock ons in a half.
Good result for the new look England but they will be tested more severely against Ireland France and Wales

Away at Murrayfield in those conditions a win is a win. England didn't look very good but a new 15 they can only grow. Will be interesting with Flood returning for Leicester today, I'd play him ahead of Hodgson. Then after Italy the likes of Woods, Lawes, and Tuilagi will return.

Stop talking about cricket in my lovely thread. Cricket is the most pointless sport in the world.

- The biggest event no one (in britain) gives a shit about
- England annexed Wales and steal most of Scot/Ireland players
- the best way to calculate the victor of a match is some differentiation shite
- semi pro players say they hate the game when they aren't involved

40 minutes of Ireland beating Wales before 90 of United beating Chelsea today, Good day of sport ahead.

Wales all over Ireland at the moment, if it keeps going like this we are going to get hammered by them

Ireland starting to wake up a bit now

So, Wales looked pretty handy eh? Had we been a bit more clinical and allowed Halfpenny to kick all the goals all along (Priestland is such a confidence player, and not a particularly good goal-kicker at the best of times) it could have been a bit more comfortable. Showed great character in the end though. It's going to be a very interesting tournament now, as I thought Ireland would be the strongest side.

For a period in the second half, Ireland were fighting tooth and nail for eachother, if it had of been like that for the full 80, it could of been a different game
