Television Silo

Okay finished season 2. The juice was definitely not worth the squeeze. As for the ending,
it tells you all you need to know that the scene in the DC bar was the best scene in the show
I remain unconvinced that this story needed 20 episodes to develop. I could see maybe 4 episodes, or a part 1 and part 2 of a movie. After all these deaths and machinations and desperate attempts to get you to care about these characters, they’ve answered virtually nothing.

Ferguson, Zahn, the two people in charge of mechanical, and
the Georgia congressman at the end
were good. Everyone else was forgettable or you’re going to try to forget. Season 2 is about a 5/10.

I wouldn't bother. Series 1 worked because of the unravelling plot(what's outside?,). Now, we've got an idea what's going on It's just not particularly watchable. I'm not going to bother with series 3.
Spoony, why didn’t I listen to you? I’m sorry for doubting you.

It’s weird that the silo people
have lived there for 360 years, and nothing has changed. That’s basically 1665 to now with zero innovations or improvements. They didn’t even have fecking cellphones in 1665. We went from flight to the moon in 50 years and these guys still use CRT monitors.

Yes and no. The control over the Silo, the lack of materials pointing to the past. It’s like a cult play and doing as one is told to keep in line.

You found the two people in charge of mechanical good? For me they are by far the worst part of the show.

Just started watching this during the past week. Onto s2 now and I'm really enjoying it.

Bro, they live in a silo.... I'm surprised they didn't end up killing eachother or some over crazy scenario

S1 & 2 should’ve been one season, with the next 2 seasons completing the story. I think S4 is already confirmed.

That's my point, though: they live in a Silo, wouldn't they at least have fancied up the place a little bit? It looks like they just moved in. I mean, everything is dirty and lived-in, but nobody has personalized any of it after 360 years. Where are the afterwork co-ed sports teams? What do any of these feckers do for entertainment? Apparently 10,000 people eat every meal in the cafeteria, for 360 years. All you down-deepers and up-toppers don't know what it's like on floor 92 or something.
