Any word on how he's getting on at Betis? They play Celtic in Europe this year.

He's done well at Betis, club that suits his style. In and out of the Spanish squad last few seasons. Not quite up to Real Madrid level as we saw a few years back but more than good enough for europa standard ones like Betis and Real Sociedad where he was good so overall pretty good career.
Finally he's back in the limelight. Playing us with Betis
Quality player the few times ive seen him play. What went wrong with his career? When he was young and beardless everyone talked about him as the next spain n10 for years to come but couldnt settle at a top team. Anyway, i hope him and fekir are avaliable for our matches because i rather we beat opponents at their full potential

Then he moved to Real Sociedad where he was mostly healthy but was not a starter most of the time.
Then he moved to Betis where he's been a starter and won a title (the Copa del Rey).
