If only he's a shithouse with the only skill of winning tackles and every ball duels, he might still have a use.
You will probably only get to watch like 5 games this seasonI will not watch another game he and Fred start.
Leeds at Home whilst Bielsa is managing. And what occasions that would be? He is shit player and he should not be anywhere near PL football in general
Well, the other choices are the kids. He’s absolute garbage. I have no idea how he can get a game for us, it’s actually like trying to comprehend consciousness or the infinite nature of space.
That bit where he managed to turn a dangerous opportunity in acres of space just outside their box into a potential red card challenge was quite impressive tbf
Sums him up perfectly... Head up and simple pass to either Eriksen or Dalot (both free, in space). That bit where he managed to turn a dangerous opportunity in acres of space just outside their box into a potential red card challenge was quite impressive tbf
It’s nuts that I read that and go “well I’d rather play both of them!”Well, the other choices are the kids.
Don't get me wrong, think he's absolute turd, but we don't better options at the moment.
Those are better options though. Much rather Garner/Iqbal got a chance... Could also just play Eriksen there or give Donny a run.Well, the other choices are the kids.

We could use him as another CB option. Is case we ever play with three at the back. Apart from that get him out of the squad.
Sure. Or we could just sell him and reinvest the money in a better player, like other clubs would do...We could use him as another CB option. Is case we ever play with three at the back. Apart from that get him out of the squad.
"Other clubs" is the key. United don't sell academy players.Sure. Or we could just sell him and reinvest the money in a better player, like other clubs would do...

Welbeck, Cleverley, Mcshane????"Other clubs" is the key. United don't sell academy players.
True. It'd be madness to copy what other clubs do. We're United, we're different. We'll continue to fail in our own special United wayYeah but we don't do these kind of things. Also he's an academy lad. We hand big contracts out to them irrespective of their performance and usually keep them way too long
It’s mental the run he’s been given in the first team considering how poor he is. No way near the standard required, we’re hamstrung by him.I do struggle to think of someone worse who has actually started games for us for so long to be honest. It's horrendous that a player of his quality continues to play every week.
It sums up the state we're in;
A) he's still starting games regularly
B) made 171 appearances
Seriously, what do managers see in him?!

One day, one day I won't have to watch this shit anymore.
He runs around like a headless chicken, shows great fighting spirit and is good in the tackle. But Christ, when he has the ball at his feet he doesn’t have a scoobie dooo - unfortunately not cut out for this level.
Yeah that's just bullshit. Off the top of my head I can name about 20 academy players we've sold.Welbeck, Cleverley, Mcshane????
They all got fair share of chances (well, McNair maybe didn't but he was total dross) before we sold them. We refuse to sell academy player before he gets few seasons in first team (unless he is total dross).Welbeck, Cleverley, Mcshane????
think that might be his worst ever game, he was tragic from the first few minsI've shat on him for years watching him on TV.
Today was my first time at Old Trafford and seeing United live. He is worse than I imagined. I've seen more composure at kick abouts on the AstroTurf. A fraud at this level of football.
