Glad to hear the club’s thriving (though feel for you with the inconvenience). That stand should surely help. It’s a pain in the arse getting tickets at the moment with all the tourists rocking up every week. Since I moved here my step kids (who were born in Wrexham) have asked me to take them and my kids who are huge United fans both want to go and my eldest who is more into marvel wants to try and see Reynolds, but it’s like pulling teeth getting tickets. Hopefully the new stand they’re building will alleviate that
People coming over from America and Canada for holidays in Wrexham. Poor bastardsThat was brilliant
If nothing else, R&R have been masters of PR, and I'm sure the whole thing's been commercially successful so far. For example basically everything on the club's official online store is sold out.
The documentary series makes the town look much nicer than it is in reality. I went a few years back with work and it was rough as.People coming over from America and Canada for holidays in Wrexham. Poor bastards
I assume only the league winners get automatic promotion?Big game today at home to league leaders Notts County.
Both on 100 points, Wrexham have worse GD but a game in hand.
Live on BT sport at 3pm in the UK.

That’s pretty insane! It’s like Pool almost reaching 100 points (iirc) a few seasons ago and still losing out to City! (I think they play more matches in the lower leagues though, right?).Yep, playoffs for 2nd to 5th. One of these teams could get 110 points and might not get promoted.

Only 44 in the Conference which is less than the leagues above.
They got 2nd last season too but didn't go up.
Yeah, 46 game league season.
Thanks lads. Yeah 46 is a long bloody season! Hopefully they go up - no disrespect to Notts County but everyone seems to have caught some affinity for Wrexham due to RR/ownership.Only 44 in the Conference which is less than the leagues above.

Nope, 46. Unless they can each choose one team that they don't have to face all season.
Looks like they added an extra team this year. Last season was 23 teams for 44 games.
"Due to the curtailment of the preceding season for North and South and lower levels of competition in the English football pyramid, promotion and relegation between levels 5 and 6, and between level 6 and lower levels were suspended.[1] These, combined with the folding of Macclesfield Town in 2020–21 and the knock-on effects of Bury's collapse in 2019–20, meant that for the 2021–22 season the three divisions had the irregular complement of 23, 22 and 21 teams, respectively."
Are they on the game? Crucial game of the season so i guess they will not miss thatHow's Mullin not been booked for diving there?
They are both on 100 already. Would prefer Notts County to win the league, they have more history, oldest club in football.Would laugh my head off if Notts County win the league.
A win today and they'd have 100 points with a better GD.
All that bluster and praise heaped on Wrexham and they may not actually be champions.
Wonder if Notts County will get the same level of praise should they win the league.

Did not know thatTo be fair, Wrexham are only 2 years younger than Notts County! 1962 for Notts County, 1864 for Wrexham.
