Thought Hopper had done enough to earn a turnover or a penalty for the tackled player not releasing there. Make no mistake, Australia didn't lose because of that decision. I'll discipline and mistakes have proven crucial across all three matches. England has been too smart, clever and professional.
 
Eddie Jones is incredible. I always thought he had a huge part to play in our WC win in 2007.

Thought he'd done enough too, so did the comms on English SKY Sports but on the replay they saw what the ref had … Nick Phipps taking out Care without the ball. Series win and clean sweep is a tremendous achievement but I think the first and last games could have turned on a few ref decisions and interpretations - closer than it looked.
 
Nearly a perfect half for Ireland spoiled by Pietersen's try on the cusp of half time. RSA 13 Ireland 10 at half time and all to play for.
 
Well that was sickening in the end. So close to getting that try but what a tackle in the end, and the cnut made a possibly try saving interception earlier in the half too.

They officially moved to 2nd last week.

Fantastic tour and a real feeling of invincibility building around this team now with Eddie Jones.
I'd like to see how they respond to a setback but these tight games v Australia where the defence has stood firm have been a good indicator.

Great turnaround.

And to think that Jones was already at a job and England looked set to continue with Lancaster.

Now they have to take on the mantle of taking on the All Blacks. It would be nice to see someone beat them regularly.
