Rugby Union Discussion - Six Nations Time

Wow you lucky bastards, I thought Argentina were going to PAGS you over

Said it last week, we are a team in complete decline. We need a reset

I seen with the bookies we are favourites to win the 6N but France & England will finish ahead of us next year, especially with Andy Farrell no longer in charge after these internationals. Wouldn't fancy us to beat Scotland in Edinburgh next year either

Ireland lack the conductor - I know it’s dead obvious without Sexton but I think the multiphase game is as strong as it used to be. It’s just that key decision making at vital moments that’s missing.

Teams are looking like they can soak up the multiple phases and wait for a bad decision or a forced play that ends in a knock on or a forward pass. It’s not miles away from getting that game right

Don’t you have England and France at the aviva? Should win it with those games at home

Not playing like this we won't. It'll be interesting to see how Easterby approaches things.
I still think you’ll be betting favourites in both. Maybe Gary Neville against France, but ahead of England

grrrrrrr that was close, but in general it was an even match and the Irish made three tries, so they deserved a bit more

VERY VERY silly penalties from us (well them too) but that last yellow was stoopid

Entertaining match, it wasn't today, we still can't beat them at home, but I hope we continue on the rise and Kremer comes back soon

The second half was utter shite, the amount of penalties given away utter shite.

Yeah, fair. Especially the penalties.

I think Crowley lost his way a bit after half time (class in the first half) We looked a lot better when Prendergast came on. Should really have kicked those points and had a much less stressful end to the game.

Also, don’t forget there were two teams in it. Argentina were great in the second half. So strong in attack and defence.

Tough penalty call on PTSD there. I thought it was a great turnover.

Out at an event today, how are England doing?
Look pretty good with ball in hand. Ball seems to be coming quicker with JVP rather than Spencer, but we’ve missed his box kicking.

With the scrum penalties, England are always on the back foot.

The lineout before the forward pass was nowhere near straight either.
