The All Blacks and the Springboks have named their teams for Saturday's blockbuster Go Media Stadium in Auckland. This match might have been at Eden Park but the upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup means NZR needed to find another venue. It is a very early start for those watching in a different part of the world to me.

Teams listed 15-1 and reserves 16-23.

All Blacks: Beauden Barrett, Will Jordan, Rieko Ioane, Jordie Barrett, Mark Telea, Richie Mo’unga, Aaron Smith, Ardie Savea, Sam Cane (capt), Shannon Frizell, Scott Barrett, Brodie Retallick, Tyrel Lomax, Codie Taylor, Ethan de Groot.

Reserves: Samisoni Taukei’aho, Tamaiti Williams, Nepo Laulala, Tupou Vaa’i, Dalton Papali’i, Finlay Christie, Braydon Ennor, Caleb Clarke.

Reserves: Malcolm Marx, Thomas du Toit, Vincent Koch, RG Snyman, Pieter Steph du Toit, Duane Vermeulen, Grant Williams, Manie Libbok.

Wallabies (15-1): Tom Wright; Mark Nawaqanitawase, Len Ikitau, Samu Kerevi; Marika Koroibete, Quade Cooper, Nic White; Rob Valetini, Fraser McReight, Jed Holloway; Will Skelton, Richie Arnold; Allan Alaalatoa, David Porecki, James Slipper (c)

France running away with it now. I think Ireland lost all their line outs this half. France have been incredible though. Like watching their senior team at it’s best. Number 9 is a DuPont clone.
Missed it as on holiday. Shame, sounds a good match

First half was good. Second half was very one sided. Like most of France’s games this tournament. They’re the best side by quite a margin. Lots of players already playing first team senior rugby. Literally men against boys. Their style of play is fantastic though. Great to watch.

Yes it truly is a golden age for them. Which makes it a bit strange how their league is becoming ‘the’ place to go to for Prem/URC players who don’t mind forgoing their national team to earn big bucks. Hopefully the Jack Knowles and Dan Biggars of this world will collapse the French development system in a few years time

The strange thing is that those imports used to look like quality addition but now most look off the pace and are easily displaced by younger players, also clubs don't care about benching the expensive player. The foreign players that have a real chance are more likely young and willing to improve/adapt.

Yeah Knowle is so odd all round. No chance does he start ahead of Rhule and Thomas, and I’ll bet LAR have youngsters that should probably get game time ahead of him anyway

Gutted. Ireland did very well in the first half, but this France team is superb. So easy to imagine a few of them being superstars in the future.

According to the Kiwi commentator, Mapimpi is not only playing left wing, he's also playing flyhalf for the Boks.

A Jason Ryan coached forward pack just conceded a try from a rolling maul for I think the very first time.

Decent fight back until that Jordan try. Too many unforced errors and penalties in the end. Credit to the AB’s.

They pretty much ran the game for the first 30 minutes or so with Jasper Wiese's knock on in the 2nd minute setting the tone.

Australia vs Argentina with a win for the Wallabies taking them above England to 6th in World Rugby's rankings.

New Zealand 35 South Africa 20 in Auckland. The men in black bossed proceedings in the first 30 minutes and while the Boks threatened a comeback, they had no answers for a fired up All Blacks team.

Feels like a home game for Argentina. Wallabies, you can't win without the ball and without territory. Kicking the ball 10 metres from a kick-off would help too!

Well done, Nic White. Faked to go left from the scrum win, went right and scored.

More ill-discipline from the Wallabies and it could cost them the match. It was a problem in the Dave Rennie era and it's going to take time to fix.
