I don’t think he’s going anywhere.

Captain Ronaldo to hit 30 next season.

I could see this - put him up there close to Best on the all time list. Georgie would have been delighted I think.

Jaimie Carragher just compared Rooney returning to Everton to Tonaldo returning to United :wenger:

Nope they're level.

Not by my count, Trex. Ronaldo asked to leave at least 3 times: 2006, 2008, and now. 2009 I won't count as it was an agreement made with Fergie based on his 2008 request. For Rooney I remember 2010 and 2013. Where do we differ?

I didn't count Ronaldo 2006

That’s 4 Ronaldo transfer requests to Rooneys one by my count.
Ronaldo wins.

Jack Rowley 211

Ryan Giggs 168
Mark Hughes 163

Up and running for the season.

I reckon Ronaldo will probably score about 10 goals this season between penalties, headers and tap ins. Mostly in the cups.

As a Goal scorer:
1 - Real Madrid
Top 10 - Manchester United (needs 13 more goals to accomplish)
Top 15 - Juventus (in only 3 years)

What a career, regardless of how it ends at United.

Likely to remain top champions league scorer for a long time as well. Messi surely won't match him, so it depends on whether Haaland and Mbappe can keep going for 12-15 years with high rates.

if he remains fit, i can see him getting 10 goals this season.

The fact that people even entertained the thought of him scoring over 100 goals for us in this time period was insanity.

If he came to us after the 2018 World Cup and came to us instead of Juve, he would have no doubt definitely broken Rooney's record. I fear he is on his last legs now and this is just not humanly possible.

Needs one more to move up a slot. RVN is in sight for the end of the year.

I think he'll get to 150 goals for the club, possibly reach it before January. After that I think he might just finish below Mark Hughes who is 9th on 163 goals before calling it quits with United.

Top scorer in Real Madrid's history and almost certainly in the top 10 for United; also 100 goals for Juve. Legend.
