Well he is proven, did you mean problem? :)

And he's on 23 for the season at 36/37, but did you mean 35 for a City or someone?

Sorry meant to say “problem” ! Haha

and yes I mean for a better team I think he easily hits 35 goals. He did it last season at Juve and is not too far off this season despite the circumstances.

8 goals in 5 games now.

I swear it's only absolute numbskulls who thought he was the problem.

Imagine watching how crap a lot of our team have been this season and thinking Ronaldo is the problem. Utterly baffling.

Imagine if the rest of the squad set their egos aside and realised if they'd just concentrated on working harder just how many more goals would he have scored, and how many more games he'd have won for us. It's exactly what Rooney had to do towards the end of Ronaldo's first spell with us, and that's a player far better than anyone in our squad these days.

He’ll get in the top 10, probably 10th, which is an amazing achievement really.

If we had a competent team behind him this season I'm sure he would be on 30+ goals this season. Even when he was out of form and not scoring, he was getting into positions to score and something would have gone in eventually if we were a top team creating lots of chances.

If we had someone to rotate with him over that Dec Jan Feb period we would have easily have made top 4. He's been class when he's had time to recover between games.

24 for the season.

Can he match Herd this season?

If someone else brings it up to date I’ll keep it going again. This is the first half I’ve watched in weeks and that’s only because O’Sullivan blitzed Trump

If he is to stay for another season, then Ronaldo could overtake Scholes as our 10th best goalscorer. Even Giggs and Spence but that would be bigger challenge.

Absolutely phenomenal in a horrible team this season. Remarkable numbers yet again. GOAT

Apparently there's no chance he's the best according to someone in the match thread. "No chance"
 without going off on a tangent it's funny that all Messi threads have been very quiet/locked of late.

Cheers Damien, I’ll try to be better from now on

Terrific production in an awful team and people try to say he is the problem

I think he might be leaving. He seems to be clapping and almost crying, so I don't know whether he will reach it.

Even if he was staying, he wasn't breaking it.

Looks to me a farewell as well, let's see which clubs come in for him.

Seems like he's leaving. Bayern rumors are true ? I honestly can see it happening, conquering another league would be in his mind and he can still bang ton of goals in Germany.

Regardless, even with the drop in form that happened midway in the season, he's finishing the season phenomenally and probably, his goals have been the only bright thing out of this piece of shit godawful season.

Wouldn’t it be easier to put his actual goal tally in relation to Rooney’s? What’s he on now?

I don’t think he’s going anywhere.

Captain Ronaldo to hit 30 next season.

142 to Rooney's 253. Sandikan posted it like 3 posts previous to mine so was pointless to repeat that. Pexbo was asking for someone to update the crossyout format so that's what the number post was for
