what is a forum for, may I ask? There are some who are in this forum just to slack off some of our players (which is unhealthy) and there are some who are in to air their views. For those who are giving their honest assesment to the player's performance during previous games/if the team loses because of the player's attitude and brought it up for discussion, does it mean that they are calling for SAF's head and makes them less of a supporter? Being a supporter doesn't mean that even if a player plays badly in a game, in your eyes, they deserve a 10 out of 10. We have to look at how they play and as fellow supporters, talked about it. Maybe that's what a forum is for. Yes, I must add that they still deserve our support and I will wholeheartedly give it to them. The nevilles do play badly sometimes and they deserve "special mention." To their credit though, they were excellent in their last 2 games - Gary in the Pool game and Phil against Arsenal. Let's just hope that they play in that fashion going forward. You have made it difficult for supporters/members in this forum to come out and have an honest discussion on the player's performance after a game cos' if a player plays badly and we are to mention that, it'll be considered a sin. I have slated the nevilles before and that doesn't make me less of a Manchester United supporter. Being loyal to the team is one, turning a blind eye to a player's rubbish performance is another. It was an excellent team performance yesterday and I really do not want to dampen anybody's mood here. Rejoice! Perhaps a shift in power, Wenger?

you have a point there, but i think what Weaste and many of these smiley fans are saying is that they had faith in the players, the manager, and ultimately the team.
those of whom spent most of the time in here complaining about things do not deserve to be in this thread as Weaste said. Because they lack the faith in the team.
i'm not saying i have always had complete faith as i have had my fair share of complaints about the tactics - and that is why i didn't put my smiley face in here.
but i do understand his point - and so should you.
You can point players' mistakes, make comments about rubbish performances. but when you call for their heads, that's rubbish, because they have potential to play well. those who couldn't see it should really 'feck off' as Weaste said.
