Reserves vs Diving Pool

Too early to tell. He's a tidy player but at the moment he doesn't impose himself on games enough. Fletcher and even David Jones used to control games in the reserve team almost single handedly, so I'd suspect he's got a way to develop yet before you can say whether he's in with a real chance.

When you look at the likes of Welbeck, Fabio, Rafael, maybe Gibson and Eckersley, and previously players like Rossi, Campbell etc. Even though in most cases they're as yet neither physically developed or reliable enough to play regularly for the first team, in the reserves they stick out so obviously as being a league above everyone else, it's almost silly. Possebon's not at that level, yet. That's not to say that any of the above will make it for United either, most probably wont, but they're good enough to eventually be given a crack at playing at a fairly high level.

Lee Martin is another. He desperately needs to find himself a club where he'll get first team football.

Quality post, I totally agree. I thought Possebon had a decent first half, but when Liverpool picked up the tempo and started forcing the game a little more he was very quite and pretty non existent. I think he has the technical attributes, good touch and range of passing. He just needs to get stuck in more, and show some more passion I'd guess.

Extended Highlights credit to some Liverpool TV Capper

I forgot to ask.. WTF was Brady doing back there when there was that mix-up for the 1st goal? Was he covering for Fabio?

Don't suppose anyone happened to save them?

Nope... Sorry I figured it would stay on youtube as the last match between Liverpool and us is still up.. Those HL's too were by the same capper - some Liverpool Fan.. Around 15-16 mins long... And he has done a good job of removing the Liverpool TV sign from the top right... So I cannot see why these were brought down in the 1st place..
