Yep the deadline is tomorrow, he'd only get 1 warning officially and still be given 2 more weeks in but I've added a new rule which basically means we can do what we like.
If he made some sort of effort to reply then fair enough but it's timewasting.

No gamer tag?! That's hardly a great start. The 3 strikes is in place but that seems a bit different if he's not even replying to PM's or provided us with info. His opponents can't even add him to see when he's on.
