Real to put Ronaldo up for sale

There's only 1 club that could afford him......... *shudder*

There is no chance Madrid would let Ronaldo go before Mourinho.

Lets be honest, if a bust up like that did happen, and got serious, at that club it wouldn't be the player leaving

Very true, especially when Mourinho has far from consolidated his position.

No chance they'd sell him.

Worlds 2nd best player(;)), a player which has been vital to them.. a player that they wanted so badly, a player that always dreamt of playing for them.. nah....

He's staying. Especially seeing as i highly doubt he'd even consider Man City

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Perez would probably get rid of his own kid to keep the money machine Ronaldo

"More Ronaldo news as it reaches us, folks..."

The journo can go feck himself.

As if Perez would sell his top player to satisfy his manager.

Real is all about player power. Ronaldo will soon be calling the shots there.

Graham Hunter said on this weeks Revista that Ronaldo isn't entirely happy at Real Madrid, and, paraphrasing his words, 'it hasn't quite turned out as he expected it to', with it originally being his dream move.

How true any of this is, I have no idea, but he also said that Ronaldo has been talking to some of his old Manchester United teammates and saying that it just isn't the same at Madrid as it was at United.

Again paraphrasing Hunter, 'if it wasn't for the weather in Manchester' and 'there isn't the same level of professionalism at Madrid as there is at United'.

Hunter said that he isn't at the point of wanting to move, but that there are some things about Real Madrid that he finds frustrating, including the way that Mourinho sets up the team.

Hunter also said a few weeks ago that he asked Ronaldo about a return to England/United. Ronaldo replied something like "in football, anything is possible. The only place in England to play is at United."

To be fair, despite the talk of three players, a keeper and Ronaldo would do. You'd have to take a few of the bigger names off the wage bill but it would be one hell of a boost for the season ticket sales. Glazers in seeing bigger picture shocker?

So it wasn't a better cow after all.

There have been issues between Ronaldo and Mourinho in the past and the relationship between the two seems to have broken down after a disagreement over the former Chelsea boss’s tactics for the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.

The Portugal winger said of Mourinho’s system: ‘I don’t like it, but I have to adapt because that is the way it is.’ The winger was then dropped for Madrid’s next game against Zaragoza.

Yeah, he was dropped for the match between the 1st and 2nd legs of the CL semis...just like Messi and Iniesta were dropped, and Giggs was dropped for Arsenal, and most of the 1st team for United's home leg against Schalke before Chelesea... Shit journalism.

A few weeks ago whispers said he isn't pleased with the whole Real experience. For example the Real training ground is a circus with journos circling like vultures everyday looking for quotes which is different from Carrington where players are protected from that. That's something that bugs Mourinho too that wonders why he has to speak with the media all the time instead of focusing on the team. Also Ronaldo thinks he takes too much heat when the team loses.

as i've always maintained, the lad will be back. not this summer, i don't think even in the next 2-3 years, but I do think he'll wear the shirt in a competitive fixture for us again.

Muppet.

Really... would we even consider paying 150 Million to have him return?

and with the new UEFA rules would City... or (gulp) Chelsea???

If Real actually want to sell Ronaldo, (doubtful,) they'll get nowhere near £150M for him. Frankly, I doubt they'd even get the £80M they paid for him back. There's only a few teams could even think about taking his wages on with that fee, (we're one,) I don't see him going anywhere in England other than here, (not happening, muppets,) and Real are surely not selling him to Barca.

Fair enough...

Who is really going to pony up the close to 80 Million + Ronaldo's over the top contract?

our 80 million is sitting in the bank collecting interest. :D

scholes is retiring, OH was on a fat wedge, brown sold (is on another 60k), sell berba.....i reckon all four combined right now make more than what we'd need to pay ronnie.

green furry cocks out!

Tribal via The Sun:

Real Madrid have told Manchester City they can buy Cristiano Ronaldo - for £150 MILLION!

The Sun says Real want to sell Ronaldo to Manchester City for a staggering £150million.

The Spanish giants know City are the only club who could afford the world-record fee.

And despite denials coming from Eastlands about any move for former United superstar Ron, Spanish sources claim the Blues ARE talking to Real about a possible deal.

The fee will even make billionaires City wince but it would be an astonishing move were Ronaldo to return to the North West where he was such a hero at Old Trafford.

Manchester United fans would be furious if he were to do a Carlos Tevez and sign up with the enemy.

Apart from the whopping transfer fee, Ronaldo is looking for wages of £300,000 A WEEK and a five-year deal which would bring the total cost to a mind-boggling £228m.

Silly season has officially got under way.
