RAWK Goes Into Meltdown 2015-16 Edition

AnalogiesRUS:

I in turn find your post absolutely illogical. That's like having some friends over and then going out to get food and instead of getting what everyone wanted you come back with a fruit platter. But because you came and went in no time, it's all ok?

Well no because it was VERY well documented that we got the players he wanted. It's more like going shopping and getting the finest eggs, flour, sugar, chocolate, butter and then asking a chef if he can make a chocolate cake. And then the chef cracks the eggs into the bin, keeps the shells, mixes that with the sugar, chucks it in a frying pan, adds the flour, puts the frying pan in the microwave, blows up the kitchen and then blames the guy who bought the ingredients.

Their bitterness for us and small-time mentality truly comes out when they get spanked by us :smirk:

Glad to say, I have no fear that your big trophy days are well over, welcome to the small time, self delusion about the 'next manager' beneficial.

Giggsy has an 8th place finish written all over his little goblin face.
imagine only being 3 points ahead of such a woeful team (Liverpool), while the proper team from Manchester are 8 points ahead of us.
Left to wonder how the game would have ended up if Oliver had gotten that Clyne/Young call correct that led to the goal off the subsequent free kick.

If you're the BIGGEST CLUB IN THE WORLD!!!! How come you're so shite?

We're not the BIGGEST CLUB IN THE WORLD, so we've obviously got an excuse.
I remember United fans used to celebrate winning honours. Now they harp on about beating teams who they're (allegedly) well better than.

"What a difference a year, sorry 3 years makes eh?"

To be fair Manchester City are actually from Manchester.

The other ones are a small club from Newton-le-Willows or something like that? Newtons cradle? Newtons Van-Gaal catbox? Van Gaal heathfield the cat?
I think they've relocated to County Road instead of Manchester, given that beating Liverpool is the only joy they get now.

Evertonised. After one season of Moyes. Chortle.

This one is not too optimistic after getting to know that Hendo is out for another few weeks and off to USA for consultation
Humiliating spineless defeats, Gerrard talking bollocks about Rafa, mystery injury to our captain..f'kin hell, what next? The Anfield cat getting run over..?

Their Mourinho thread  Apparently, if he became the Pool manager back in 2004 instead of FSW, he Mou would be a different human-being now. :D
Hypothetical question: If Brendan and Mourinho were both fired would anyone here be positive about Mourinho as a candidate as our next manager?

Personally I feel abit disgusting just writing "Mourinho" and "our next manager" in the same sentence.
Never... But he might be a totally different manager if he got the job in 2004 instead of Rafa.
Nah, next manure manager. Their fans love him. Not sure how they can be impressed by a sociopathic, nasty, paranoid bully. Oh wait. ......
Rafa Benitez is a more complete manager (as compared to Mourinho).

Some RAWKite opened a thread with this title, it got locked within few replies

Henderson has gone to USA for his injury woes, was Fergie right?
« on: Today at 04:22:07 AM »

So Henderson has gone to the USA for foot injury consultation:

The local ITK:
Joseph Musker ‏@Musker_LFC 5h5 hours ago
Henderson is in America to see a specialist because the club don't have a clue what is causing the nerve pain in his foot when he runs.

It made me think of what Fergie said in his Autobiography:
http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...ews/liverpool-fc-jordan-henderson-out-6830964

"We looked at Jordan Henderson a lot, and Steve Bruce was unfailingly enthusiastic about him.
"But we noticed that Henderson runs from his knees, with a straight back.
"The modern footballer runs from his hips, and we thought this gait might cause him problems later in his career"

Could be a coincidence, dont take this seriously dont think it will be long till the press jump on this.

Fergie?

Alcoholic, hard-shoulder shitting champagne socialist more like.

He fecking wasn't right. Henderson is injured. It happens.

It has nothing to do with him running "funny".

I was thinking you might be Alex Ferguson lurking on these forums for a few mins.

If you are, then listen to me you whisky drinking bastard ... go do one.

But if you aren't, then stop being provocative. We are sensitive flowers on here.

feck Ferguson.

Yeah they've been claiming us to be average/shit for years and years. I'm sure they were saying we were average in 1999.

Their love for Benitez really is interesting though, he seems to be the biggest Legend ever for Rawk. They take his side against anyone, even Gerrard and Carragher. It's bizarre.

Every time I see more Rafa quotes and whatnot it makes me question my love for my Dad because there are times I wish Rafa was my Dad...is that bad?

So Liverpool <3 Benitez > Gerrard? Didn't see that coming, isn't Slippy the Stamping Messiah?

So our glory comes from just beating Liverpool? Do they not notice we're in the CL?

Analogies Part Two ~ A Bunch of Tools and their Sister:

I go out and spend £150 on a quality snap-on socket set, you go out and spend £200 on Pound Shop tools. When all your tools are broke, not fit for purpose and you are struggling then saying you have a net spend of £200 on tools doesn't really cut it. That is what FSG have done.

If we could have bought a £150 socket set, we would have done. The manager wanted the Pound Shop tools.

That simply isn't true, the reason we couldn't buy a £150 socket set is because FSG wanted that socket set to come in and prove itself before it would pay the money necessary to purchase and maintain that socket set.

It's not FSG's job to get those tools to work, especially since they are not the ones that bought them.

If we'd have got a socket set, imagine the marketing potential. Maybe it's a fact that the socket set didn't want us to buy it (ok now the analogy isn't really working).

Perhaps it's Brendan to blame here, as he picks the team and tactics? No, you've just got a hard-on for Henry that is sadly misguided, like seeing a flash of flesh on the dancefloor and thinking 'that looks tasty', then sidling up and realising it's your sister.

Not RAWK but caught the latest RedmenTV clip on Brendan (for the craic). There's some rent-a-gob fella with glasses and massive teeth who will literally defend Brendan until the end. It's wonderful to see such deep delusion.

Hehe, this one is off a mod

I complained to Sky about Tyler at the weekend, it was far too outrageous to just ignore it. No response yet and to be honest I don't expect one - they probably fecking encourage him.

I don't know about other but their demise doesn't feel complete without Gerrad being there. The only player in world football that I hate.

That old bloke seems to have taken the name a little to literally and painted his face red.

Just wondering what they think our best team ever was? 1999? Every year our team is the worst team ever so someone was wrong somewhere.

I remember posting on the old Sky Sports forums and at the time even the 06-09 team was considered simply Ronaldo plus 10 others by a lot of opposing fans. They admitted Ronaldo was very good through gritted teeth (though there was still some who saw him only as a flat track bully), but we had nothing else. Van der Sar, Vidic, Rio and Evra were overrated, Scholes wasn't a patch on Gerrard, everyone else was shit.

It will always be the worst United team, no matter who we have on board.
