Some boy criticizes Lovern's form and some of them round on him with a load of abuse before one of the mod's locks the thread leaving this message:

Rooney, Di Maria and Falcao are past it, while Mata is average. Di Maria is decent though.
Sterling is already best player in the league, Sturridge is the best striker, Lambert is decent backup, Balotelli is extremely talented so Rodgers will turn him into a great striker and Lallana is a fantastic player who was a bargain for 25m.

Difference is everyone you listed was an unproven youngster when they signed for those clubs, they were all making career decisions based around playing time and their development. De Gea is a world class keeper already and first choice at another of Europe's biggest clubs.

Maybe he stays here for the next 15 years, maybe Madrid make him their next Ronaldo, Bale, James, etc, etc, sometime in the future, maybe it's Barca, Bayern? Practically nothing in football is set in stone.
Madrid only spend huge amounts of money on attacking players, I seriously doubt they'll pay the amount United would want. Bayern have Neuer and Barca just bought Ter Stegen so have no need for De Gea.

Aye, they're not likely situations, but the future isn't exactly easy to predict. I'm not saying thee things are likely to happen, just that it's not completely daft to think he may go to Madrid at some point.
