You are already 10 point worse off in corresponding fixtures from last season. 10!! That means that not only do you have to make up the 15 points that you were behind 4th place last season, but also another 10 because you have had such a shambolic start to this season! That's 25 points you have make up from last season to make the total points for 4th last year! Not 3rd, not 2nd, not the title, 4th.

To make up the 25 points you will effectively have to go on title winning form to get to that total. Even this early in the season you are done and you don't even know it yet. The effect of these pathetic results against corresponding teams that even last year you were turning over is so damaging in your overall position.

You aint getting top 4 and I'd be willing to put £100 bet to the Hillsborough Foundation if you are feeling brave?

If mr RAWK poster can read this, I will take that bet, if we make top 4 you put £100 in the hillsborough find and if we don't then I will!

There's no real loser to this bet as it's a decent cause. So money where your mouth is.

If anybody with a RAWK account can post this in reply I would be grateful.
 
I reckon 25pt man is mixing up his alternative & actual tables, then adding them together. It's an easy mistake to make. :nervous:

Last year was their one in a million chance to win it, and they bottled it. It gives me much satisfaction to know that Gerrard will never have a PL winner's medal. Saying that, he'll still be getting picked for Liverpool when he's 80.
 
On the Rooney incident:
It really is more disgraceful the more you watch it. Should be getting 5 games for that. In fact I'm not sure why it doesn't rival biting considering it's a lot more dangerous but that's a whole other story I guess.

Moreno has looked good, and Lallana has shown signs when I've seen him.

That Markovic looks useless though. Headless chicken. Didn't they say he was one of the top 3 most talented youngsters in Europe?

Dunno about that, they should really have won it in 2009 when home draws against the likes of Hull and West Ham gifted us it. Trying to remember the early 2000s, but my memory is pants. Am sure they have a reasonable stab at it every 5-6 years.
