RAWK Goes into Meltdown 2014/2015 - The "We go again" Edition

Genuine question now, is there another club that has objectively been as disgusting as Liverpool in the last decade?

They've had

a) A proven racist
b) A player whose bitten someone twice
c) A captain who twatted someone because he didn't like the music
d) A manager who wore a shirt in support of a racist
e) A player who was found to racially abuse someone else and then refuse to shake that person's hand.
f) Sponsors literally had to almost pull the funding from the club over all this

I mean, at what point do liverpool fans say "Enough is enough." It is literally always then.

"If i'm Skrtel, i'd go to the FA and say yes I did stamp on De Gea only because Wayne Rooney kicked out and studded our goal keeper and could have broke his ankle so I was paying them back"

Yes there we have your scouse logic in all its glory. Don't think about it too much folks or it will damage your brain :wenger:

You're making the classic mistake of trying to rationalise irrational behaviour.

I think it's worth remembering that when you're coming into regular contact with the deluded and the plain downright fecking unwell (as we all are when engaging with RAWK thinking patterns) you could do worse than book a pretty robust debriefing session with a well trained mental health professional. Be careful out there folks.

Blimey, only just realized we should have had at least 4 red cards in that match. Rooney, Herrera, Jones and now De Gea.

My 20 teams of rodents are now reaching the end of their training, ready to replicate the remaining fixtures under carefully controlled conditions. (And sugar snowflakes).

Give them a break. After all they have few extra layers of shit to try and look through

Suarez wasn't racist though, it was a conspiracy led by Fergie, Evra and the FA to get Suarez out of the country and to keep Liverpool down.

Many of them did and still do say that.

Yep, had it happen not long ago actually when it came up in a conversation. This Liverpool fan who I'm met that night through a friend flat out denied that Suarez had done anything wrong as soon I went to mention the incident. Another guy on my Facebook posted after the game on Sunday about how United players made him sick and that at least Gerrard had held his hands up whereas we never admit when we're wrong. Almost couldn't make it up.

That's a good point. A few pages ago, there was talk of a team of newbs being sent to RAWK for quotes in exchange for likes. Maybe we could appoint a mod to act as their counsellor rather than let them be exposed for too long? :D

PhaseOfPlay
I've had a look at the shape of both teams, the tactical movements and marking assignments, the principles of play behind the contrasting philosophies and the strengths of both attacks and defences. I also drew up complex tactical diagrams, gridded out the main areas of concern, and circled the main 1v1's that will be vital to the game. Following that, I established a statistical simulation of 1000 games based on key metrics concerning attack and defence, the condition of the field, the vociferousness of the supporters, and the relative statistical strengths of both teams possible formations. The conclusion was clear.

We're going to smash these into the middle of the international break.
:lol::lol::lol:

PhaseOfPlay
In the bigger picture, this is the equivalent of the Chelsea game last season, to a lesser extent. By that, I mean that it is a big obstacle that we need to get past to achieve an objective we are pursuing. Whether we get top four or not, we need to win this game for the future, because the players will learn a lot about themselves by being able to get past a direct opponent and overtake them in the table. It will be a valuable lesson. And because that potential lesson exists, I think we'll go into this game very assured, confident, and clinical.
:lol::lol::lol:

PhaseOfPlay
We're playing panic football, right into United's hands. No leadership on the field, and nobody wants to put their foot on the ball and slow the game down. Cue one Steven Gerrard to get us out of the mire again.
:lol::lol::lol:

Reminds me of Brass Eye.

If you take the 2 games away where they've beaten us this season, we've been better than them even after an abject 2nd half of 2014. We must go to Arsenal and win to stand any chance of making the top 4.

Funny how the "better team" must win at Arsenal to stand any chance of making the top 4.

Also

The jokes about Stevie G slipping last year have been sickening - every fan revelling in that song - now my facebook is a plethora of jokes about his sending off so fast. I'm so bloody sick of it - Id kill to see him score the winner in the fa cup final

You're 41 and you're worried about wind up comments on facebook? Seriously?

not much of a meltdown, but some of them still have some humour left after the defeat:

Or they could show up in spirit, but leave their bodies behind in Liverpool. Save money on coach fuel that way. Take that City! 1p less for you transfer kitty next season.

Yep the Manc bastards have Catfished us, delete the club. They pretended to play shit football all season, tantalising us with 4th place cleavage, only to turn up at Anfield as a footballing wrecking machine.

Cant say I did not chuckle a bit myself, credit where credit is due. :D

This is when mental meets mental and has a mental baby.
Christ, I wanted to know his predicted outcomes at the end of that. Presumably Liverpool would've won 999 times out of 1,000.

No, count me in that too. To jump over the keeper he needs to plant his foot on the ground, and I think that's what he tried to do. Anything else is unnatural. Had he not stepped there, he would fall and slam the keeper with his body, which might have been the better option in view of potential injuries, but his momentum is carrying him down, and something needed to be done. I think that De Gea accidentally slides his foot where Skrtel tried to step. Any human reaction would take 0.6s and h did not have that time. That's why it looks deliberate. But that's just my view.

Also Skrtel just posted a picture of clowns on his instagram.

Brendan Rodgers has just held a press conference to announce that there'll be no comment.
Meanwhile, at RAWK...

Poor Martin...crushed like a butterfly upon the wheels of nefarioistyness; a Manc-made martyr, if you will.

Migs should have milked and reacted to Rooney's foul like that twat De Gea did. Maybe then he'd have faced the same penalty.

Too brave for his own good is Migs. Has he left intensive care yet?

Mingy did milk it though. When I saw the aftermath of the incident, my first thought was: 'He's trying to get Rooney sent off.' My second thought was: 'Liverpool lol'.

Two players banned for stamping in one game is ridiculous when you think about it. They really do get an easy ride in the media.

Yes, here we are, Stampy 2, Sakky & Mings all making no fuss at all.

I am pretty sure Mignolet hurt himself landing on his ankle. Sure Rooney is falling to his left on his knee. How can he put any force into it especially enough to do the damage he supposedly has. Look at how Mignolet lands he has prob went over on his ankle.

Stevie, legend dangling limply between his legs, felt the surge of Mersey adrenaline as the crowd roared.Time to make them all pay.
The hated opponents, the false messiah blind to his genius.

We're off. The ball's there, I think, have that you scum ponce. The adulation of the mob rings round the amphitheatre, revelling in the violence. Yes. He still has it. The day is his. His. The full impact of the Liverpool communion surges through him. Only with his followers does he feel whole.

This little twerp dares to challenge me. Me. How dare he? Take that!

A song enters his head unbidden orchestrated to the crowd's roar. His vision clears to an impossible block of red. Has this man lost his senses? This is his God he approaches. This insect cannot mean it.

The unsettled lull penetrates his fogged perception. High-pitched incomprehensible murmurs protest innocence. That there is no hurt. No fault. But soon, fallen, the idol walks slowly accompanied by hubris and envy back over the touchline.

feckin' hell, best thing I read this week!

Seems our boys dont like Liverpool or their fans either. Found thisd on the Shed End in relation to the possibility of us winning the league vs Liverpool at SB.

The support and Gerrard would get some relentless abuse that day if it happened. It would quite possibly be the most hilarious thing to happen in the history of the Premier League. It would be made all the better if Sourness, Redknapp and Carjacker were the Sky pundits for the day.

I think a few of them would kill themselves right there and then by burning their "Gerrard" Liverpool replica shirt whilst still wearing it.

Every point Louis Suarez related bar one. Lol. I do think their vociferous defence of that rancid little racist rat was often beyond the pale. Was that because scousers are uniquely classless or because supporters of any club will always look at their best player by a country mile through ridiculously tinted glasses? I personally think backing a proven racist to the extent they did highlights a bitterness and a blackness of the collective souls of the supporters of that football club. Liverpool is a shit hole. Their football team elevated them out of that shit hole for a long time, but now they've returned to the mire. And they're hating every fecking minute of it, and that hatred has corrupted and corroded their spirits.
