The collective pretense of not even being angry, just worn down and disheartened by such blatant cheating of their team is SO SO SO cringeworthy.
Like they know they're full of shit but seem to think this tact gives them more credibility than just ranting and raving and that if they all take this approach everybody will have to see it their way. It's so bloody embarrassing

He did well to vary up his dispossessions. Kept my interest to the end.He played like discounted Ozil on the right flank.
Why? He beat his idol and one of the best teams in history.

It's either excellent defending from Southampton or shitty movement from the midfield, resulting in 80% aimless hoofballs.Clearly, all the fault of the FA & VAR
I 100% guarantee they’ll have a list of excuses as long as your arm as to why they didn’t win more.imagine if the greatest team of all time only wins one PL

- The FA
- The Rags
- VAR
- The weather
- Coronavirus (ignoring their only title was with corona)
- Rashford feeding them too much
- No home crowd
- Everyone defends against them

You've a peno awarded every other game since Ole at the wheel arrived. He is actively encouraging his players to cheat in order to win football matches and it's been overlooked by the league officials. You couldn't get a more opposite approach between your manager and ours to be honest. Klopp wants us to win at all costs without cheating as can be seen by the club topping the fair play charts for the last few seasons.

Mana and Salah have the worst reps in the league for diving, because 1. they do and 2. because you guys attack so much, they have much more opportunity to do so.
Neither of these players dive at all.
I've no idea where this rep comes from, but my guess is that sadly it's racism and the fact that they are Muslims.
I'll be honest that thought had crossed my mind.
Honestly how neither haven't retaliated to some of the stuff they have to out up with is beyond me.
What the actual feck? That's just desperate.Lovely bunch.

Among the things I said were asking for which of United's penalties shouldn't have been, stating we got 6 to their 5, asking why no one was complaining about penalties in the multitude of seasons where Liverpool got the most, and most in premier league history etc. All the responses either ignored these or brushed them aside as irrelevant.Loonies.
Ole there accusing Klopp of trying to "influence referees", like Ferguson didn't do it for 25 years. Bless him.
He's not great at this media stuff is he. I don't count how many they have. It's a fact we have more. I dont spend time on that. But now you're here...let me spend some time telling you about last seasons FA cup against Chelsea
Oleh with the butter wouldn't melt in his mouth approach at that press conferenece. Any journo remind him of the time he commented on City's tactical fouling. No? Didn't think so.
Fantastic from Klopp, Ole has brought now Lampard into this

Eddie said:How come people keep going on about this when we have had less than Leicester and only 1 more than you guys?
I have seen video highlights on twitter of people complaining about Liverpool not getting penalties which are clearly not penalties, with videos of United getting clear penalties saying it's unfair, seems a bit odd.
Olly is right, you guys need to not be worrying about United getting penalties, we haven't closed the gap on you because you aren't getting penalties and we are, we and city have closed the gap because your team is not performing like it has done in the last 30+ months.
His comment was you’ve had more or less the same number since Solskjaer had been Manager in 2 years than Klopp had had in 5. Does seem a bit out of kilter.
And these clips that are ‘not penalties’ (have a look at Salah at Villa by the way)...yeah some would be a bit soft but nearly every one you get seems to be a bit soft/debatable.
Would you say your players are being encouraged to go down in the box at any hint of contact?
Don't think it is helped by the fact that you should have had penalties given against you that were, such as the West Brom game (which was similar contact to the Pogba one) and the Maguire headlock against Chelsea.
Also the unprecedented rate that you got them last season despite being poor attacking wise affects peoples view of this season
What do you think of Pogba's diving gesture to Luke Shaw? Does that seem like a team that is instructed to dive?
...How about comparing numbers of penalties for and against since VAR started? Which is what Klopp was getting at.
Also it's not just about how many but what they're awarded for.
For example, you have to admit the one on Pogba in the last game was very soft to say the least.
Don't you think it's a bit odd the Man Utd players spend far less time in the opposition's box than Liverpool's do, but they get way more pennos?
Looks a bit to me like Man Utd are gaming the system a bit here with penalties.
Eddie said:Moyes made us play like crap, 70 crosses in a game doesn't get you penalties.
You know Liverpool have the most penalties in the premier league era, where is your thread alleging bias about that?
feck all to do with the number of pens and more about the difference in threshold, you c*nts just have to fall over your own feet and it's given so feck off coming on here with that shite
Eddie said:But we have had 1 more than you in the league this season? United have 6, you guys have 5.

Eddie said:Can you post some videos of penalties this season which shouldn't have been?
Oh, and you think it's odd a team regularly hitting 60-70% possession for 2-3 seasons running isn't getting a lot of fouls called? That's got nothing to do with Salah and Mane going down easily. You can't foul people if you constantly have the ball lolol.
With half a season to go, Mancs coming out the woodwork.
All of yous been on a long ski trip eh
Eddie said:Never really posted here, just think it's pretty outrageous that Liverpool fans have had a team performing as arguably the best club in Europe for 20+ months, they start slipping and rather than look at the club, as you clearly have some issues right now, you try and point the finger at other teams. It's not United making TAA give the ball away 38 times.
30 plus penalties in 50 matches, do me a favor.
Multiple things can be true at once. We're not performing at our usual level [injuries being the main reason], we're not getting decisions that you seem to be benefiting from, overall its down us to perform. If you think the majority of us are blaming you lot for our recent results, then you need your head checked.
I know you haven't posted here before. That was my point. You got a bit of a hard on now so you've joined. I wonder why
...Eddie said:I think the majority of fans can all agree on we don't like what the game has turned in to, but the reality of modern football is all top If you really think Klopp is telling his players to stay on their feet at all costs after contact in the box then I have some shocking news for you.
And Mane has the worst reputation for diving of any forward in the top 6 clubs, and that reputation isn't unwarranted
Okay now I know you are writing complete nonsense and our on a wind up.

Like hell they do. Salah got caught in a headlock on the last game, yet we received nothing for it. Mane gets wrestled to the ground yet again nothing is given. Pogba falls over his bootlaces and the refs can't wait to award you a penalty.
Could only stomach the first twenty seconds of the Salah video, due to the awful editing. All clear fouls. I mean the Wan Bissaka one isn't even close to being a dive not sure why it's in there. The only one that looks dodgy is the one with Ciaran Clark for Newcastle and that's because someone has selectively chopped the piece to not show the contact. If I was sad enough I could go through at least 20 of United's penalties over the last year and show you how they're not fouls. James at Norwich. Pogba against Villa. Fernandes against Villa. Rashford against Leipzig. That's just off the top of my head.
Crawl back under whatever rock you were hiding under for the past 3 years.
Bigger diver that Fernandes or Pogba telling his team mates to go down at the slightest of contacts?
Find me a Liverpool player who's actively told their teammates to go down to win penalities?
You've literally had so many soft penalties over the last 2 seasons that it is ridiculous to not think that Ole is getting them to practice diving at the slightest of contacts. The mane foul against Southampton was more of a penalty than the PogBACK one who tripped over his own leg and went down looking for a pen. It's annoying that those in the media particularly carragher doesn't say feck all about it. You can guarantee if it was the other way round Neville would be sticking the knife in and calling us cheats
Crybabies. Judging by some of the spelling, I'd say the Liverpool mental illness is an international problem.you lasted whole 7 posts, congrats

I've stated it a few times on here, but the frustrating irony is in the 2017/2018 season when Salah was breaking all the goal scoring records, he was constantly being fouled in the box but would almost never go down. In fact watching him that season it was one of the most admirable aspects of his game - that he would stay on his feet in a league in which everyone else is throwing themselves to the ground, and still come out scoring. I think he won one penalty that season, despite being one of the players spending the most time dribbling through the opposition box. Watch his highlight real from that season and there is so many goals where he is brushing off defenders hacking at his legs and tugging him back when a lot of other players would have gone to ground.
Jürgen Klopp has made clear his disapproval of the dive from Mohamed Salah which led to the footballer of the year being booked as Liverpool succumbed to Chelsea, a result which has offered last season’s Premier League champions hope of infiltrating the top four.
Salah was cautioned after going to ground at Gary Cahill’s first‑half challenge with the Egyptian, up against his former club, well marshalled by Antonio Rüdiger and enduring a third scoreless game in succession. “Yes I think it was a dive, was it?” Klopp said. “Or he waited for the contact, I am not sure, so that is not what I want to see, that is not what he wants to do. But obviously it happened.
Danny Murphy blasts Mohamed Salah for diving against Chelsea. Speaking on Match of the Day, Murphy says fans don't want to see that from Salah and claims the player 'threw himself to the ground ridiculously'.
Nah, 'pashun' innit.Has Kloop ever been charged for any of his comments or behaviour?

A few decent seasons and everyone associated with that club feel they have the divine right to win every match. An opponent that’s trying to beat them doesn’t register to them.
I’ve a Liverpool supporting nephew who bangs on about watching any other team is so boring because pool have set such a high standard. This is what one league title after 30 years does to these idiots. Please God let anyone win the title other than them again.
They are more similar to Trump fans then I imagined.
