Rate the Summer 2024 Window

I rated it 5.5 initially. Now 4/10.

I don’t believe Ugarte is the right fit. Why didn’t we look for someone who is similar to Eriksen with more fitness and the leg to run if we are going to play him alongside Bruno and Mainoo? Zirkzee isn’t the right signing as well imo, he’s not the type of striker we need, and he hasn’t improve our lack of goals.

Every summer there’s loads of optimism about how this window we made all the right signings. Then inevitable a year later it looks shit. I don’t even get my hopes up anymore.

It’s all about the system we don’t score goals we have no defined game plan. Like seriously what would Mbappe do in this team?

We had a good summer in my opinion those aren’t bad players a better manager/system could get more out of this team

Not improving the starting XI was the glaring problem with the window.

De Ligt is not an improvement over Maguire.

Zirkzee looks poor, as does Ugarte.

Yoro has not played yet.

Mazraoui an improvement over AWB.

2/10 considering the money spent.

The 2 comes purely from Mazroui who I actually like otherwise it’d be a 0/10.
