Hold me!
Hold me!
Isn’t this literally what he said like a week ago?
Yeah, but he needs to jump on the French and Spanish reports from earlier today and pass it off as his own information.Isn’t this literally what he said like a week ago?

Yep he’s just read the Spanish and French papers from today and wants to appear in the loop.Isn’t this literally what he said like a week ago?
Are you serious? Ha haWhy are people here turning against Fabrizio Romano ? The guy has been and is still one of the best journalists to follow when it comes to United transfers every summer. So weird to keep making fun of him and his tweets.
If he's saying some thing in several tweets it's because Twitter clowns keep asking him for new information when there's actually not.
He probably didn't cap the not extending part. He's all in nowIsn’t this literally what he said like a week ago?
Well tbf he's implying Wan Bissaka in that sentence isn't he so yeah and no.
Stand by what I said though. He's not good enough and that's why he didn't go to the Euros and Trippier did.

I don't think anyone disagrees he's a good source. We just have wise people on here who understand exactly why Romano is a good source and it's nothing to do with him having loads of connections at these clubs. He literally follows all the best journalists in these countries and basically retweets them or paraphrases them. He's incredibly smart and hard working. But he's not got spies and sources in these boardrooms where the discussions are taking place contrary to popular opinion.
He's been labelled a 'tap in merchant' which I think is maybe a bit harsh but I sort of understand why people say it.
How would an Italian journalist know any inside information about a English player (Sancho) leaving a German club to join United? He wouldn't would he?
He’s not going to shag you mateSeriously ? So you're basically accusing him of stealing the information from other journalists and reporting it as his own ? And that's based on what exactly ? Them just reporting the same information, or one reporting it earlier than theo ther ?
What does his nationality have to do with anything ? He and Di Marizo surely are paying ton of money for sources to get information about transfers all over the world to be this accurate for years. Just because he's Italian doesn't mean he won't be able to get sources about transfers outside Italy.
How players enter the leagues/are originally acquired plays a big part. Big difference between a player walking for free when you merely used a draft pick on them (or traded players/other draft picks for them) vs. spending 8 or 9-figures on the player. PSG paid 180M euros for Mbappe. Seems like letting him walk for free would sting a bit more than Cleveland losing Lebron who cost them a draft pick. The #1 draft pick has an implied valuation and you can argue over what that is, but it doesn't hit the club's accounts like a transfer fee in football does and you get more for free every year (not the same pick, obviously). Huge financial incentives to sell players vs. losing them for free when you paid so much to acquire them in the first place.
We got top 3 last season without those signings. Next year we want top 1Let’s get this deal done and then we’re starting to look pretty strong. We need to keep pogba and sign a DM still in this window. I think we should be getting top 3 next season.
You obviously don’t watch him with the ignorance in your post either. I’ve watched Varane play at least 20-25 times this season. I know he isn’t as fast as he used to be but he still quicker than the majority of centre backs out there. You obviously haven‘t watched him recently. He started slowing down once he got past the age of 25, just like most elite athletes.
varane with 1 leg will be faster than lindelof. You obviously don’t watch him with the ignorance in your post either. I’ve watched Varane play at least 20-25 times this season. I know he isn’t as fast as he used to be but he still quicker than the majority of centre backs out there.
And no he didn’t slow down 3 years ago.
Add some context here. He is replacing Lindelof. Let that sink in.
I agree with you, it’s all part of the equation.I understand the financial incentive or just financial compensation, but those leagues are extremely deep in pockets and revenue sharing. Premier League isn't that way, which is why clubs need to sell.
But even then, the lack of transparency and true costs of players are not well shared. It's an issue IMO.
Well, Craig called it 10 years ago
The alternative is believing he has inside information for every transfer across Europe.Seriously ?
