The changes are due to the people who are in the position to affect those changes. I.e., Murtough, Arnold, Fletcher. Rangnick is the interim manager tasked and occupied with, as he himself has confirmed about three dozen times, coaching and preparing the team for the rest of the season and getting the best possible results and performances in the present.
He also has confirmed many times that he was not involved in the talks about the new manager and, until recently, hadn't spoken with the club board about the details of his consultancy nor any other strategic decisions. He's also not preparing a "dossier" where he "exposes" your players or any such nonsense.
Why are you guys so determined to attach acts and accomplishments to Ralf Rangnick that he clearly did not do and clearly could not have done? Why not actually credit your club's people who are doing those things, and who have managed to hire an excellent, exciting manager for the future? It's fecking weird and continues to be weird.
