Quite a scrappy game apart from about 5 minutes.
Really stop start stuff. Fancy a 1-0 germany from what we've seen. Tough to call, though.
If we’re using this tournament as the standard, this has been very entertaining despite the lack of clearcut chances. A lot of physical battles, both teams going for it, good tempo etc. Neither have played as well as they can but for me that doesn’t make it a boring game.
Even Reus would be better than Sane
I've seen Spain do that a few times yamal & Williams on yamals side. Germans are on to it .

This is why I believe France (or if England had anyone but Southgate managing them) will win the tournament imo. Both of these teams just lack that world class attacker that can break a game open - or you're just too reliant on the entire team playing well to win a game.

During the England game people here were complaining about the referee because he gave a yellow card too 'early' despite it being moments that were bookable.

Pedri injury is a massive blow for Spain. Convinced they beat Germany with him in the team.

Much more scrappy than I expected. Not helped by a ref who seems to be guessing and going by vibes on every challenge. Olmo is fine but Pedri is a huge loss to Spain's quick build-up play.
Just like we can’t produce a decent LB apparently that can stay fit. Hence the reason trippier plays there.
