PSG will also be able to factor in any sales in January2018 as well to balance the books wont they?

Not how that works though, it makes their need to sell greater and reduces price.Good point. They could offset it though by bumping up the price by an extra few million.

Aurier may be worth taking a chance on.
Matuidi would add depth?
Lucas would give us another inconsistent winger so if we can determine ahead of time which player will go missing between Mkhi, Martial, and Lucas we may be able to rotate effectively.
Wait until the last few days of the window and we could probably take our pick or their players. Draxler would be nice.
It's not really necessary to pay for Neymar but it's always useful to let go the players who didn't fit or are surplus to requirements, especially if it means raising some cash and saving wages.Do they really need to have a fire-sale if Qatar are paying for Neymar?
Draxler is probably going nowhere, he is higher in the pecking order than both Lucas and Di Maria.
Quick look at their squad suggests all of aurier, matuidi, polish guy, pastore, di maria, jese, lucas, ben harfa and a bunch of academy products could be on the market
Depends entirely on their projected revenue, how they plan to sign neymar without breaking FFP, and how much they can make from the sales. Might be they won't sell anyone, might be they will sell all of themThey will lose all their depth though.
We can sell without losing depth, the squad needs a bit of trimming down. They will lose all their depth though.
Like I said in the Moura thread, look at Manchester City:Where is the evidence that there will be a fire sale, why would they need to sell?
An assumption based on the fact they might have to write up €300M(fee+wages) in the accounts for the 2017/18 season. More than half their revenue for 2015/16(and probably 16/17)Where is the evidence that there will be a fire sale, why would they need to sell?
Would love to see ADM back he was such a talented player. Think he would appreciate it more this time around and he'd have a lot to prove. Never going to happen though.
Never say never.....Stranger things have happened..!
On paper at least, he would tick so many boxes of what we are currently searching for, and I believe Mourinho would get the real player performing, not the shadow that LvG got.
I'd take Aurier, as he is a ferocious defender, and like a steam train up and down the wing. Great cover and competition for Valencia, and if Verratti happened to become available for any reason, I'd throw everything we have to make that happen.
It won't happen, but I'd like sort of quite like to see Di Maria have a go at United with a proper boss in charge!A supposed exodus is on the horizon at PSG once/if Neymar arrives. Blaise Matuidi, Angel Di Maria, Lucas, Serge Aurier, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Jese & Hatem Ben Arfa all touted to be available, possibly more?
Anyone you'd like your club to go in for?
FFP? No team can make more than a £30m loss over a three year period. This will next be assessed at the end of the season i.e. June 2018. UEFA have devised Related Party Transaction rules, whereby if a non football entity, i.e. Qatar Sports investments/Qatar tourist authority funds a transfer and they and the club are funded by the same means, the Qatar government in this instance, then this is treated as though the club paid the funds themselves. It's not really necessary to pay for Neymar but it's always useful to let go the players who didn't fit or are surplus to requirements, especially if it means raising some cash and saving wages.
They do need to balance the books, or they will be inevitably in breach of FFP rules. Whether they assess the likely punishment and decide on that basis to proceed as normal, is another matter. They've already had a suspended prosectution for contravention of the rules (from 2014), but that is now spent. It won't happen, but I'd like sort of quite like to see Di Maria have a go at United with a proper boss in charge!
can you imagine if he signs and then they are banned from the CL. they'd do their nutsThey do need to balance the books, or they will be inevitably in breach of FFP rules. Haha, no chance of it happening this season as they have until June to present their accounts. They could be banned for 2018/19 or even have a CL title stripped from them should they win it, v unlikely though.can you imagine if he signs and then they are banned from the CL. they'd do their nuts
the biggest laugh is they still won't win the CL. even with Neymar they aren't half the team Real Madrid are and don't have half the balls of the likes of BayernHaha, no chance of it happening this season as they have until June to present their accounts. They don't have one? If you mean this seasons Champions league then yes, thats what I was sayingThey can be stripped of their current European title.

PSG finances are in great shape with large benefits and can handle buying Neymar while complying with FFP since no other expenses are needed.FFP? I'm not sure which one I'd hate more: Liverpool winning the league, or that rat ADM back at the club.
Had we done the sensible and obvious thing and replaced Sir Alex with Mourinho, then I imagine Di Maria would still have signed and still be a key player for us today.Di Maria is perfect for us.
Wages? other transfers in the last 3 years? Their finances are obviously nearly unlimited, but the FFP is a test of profitability, more about spening within ones means. £200m and £40m wages a year is a big deal, I would like to see their figures on profitability, especially commercial deals that arent paid for by the qatari government.PSG finances are in great shape with large benefits and can handle buying Neymar while complying with FFP since no other expenses are needed.
