Pro Cycling 2018

Yeah, I remember him, quite disappointing. But lads on Giro seem more willing to attack.

They just better be now. Part of why i love Giro more than Tour last few years is just because you cannot predict what happened in mountain. This stages is perfect to escape to victory. As i typed this Yates has gone into trouble by Sky. Should be cracking this one

Wow wow wow Yates is breaking down! Dumoulin already has the pink jersey as it stands. Incredible stuff.

Pozzovivo and Dumoulin still can hang on with Skytrain. Yates shown his inexperience this Giro, should be on his peak in 3rd week but i think he is peaked in 2nd week.

Sky has really turned cycling into a joke.. if froome was on a weaker team, he would be a truly exciting rider. We finally see him attach like thisnafter years because he finally has to.

7.30 min lose for Yates, colud be well and truly over 10min after this stage over. The remarkable thing is Yates got destroyed on his backyard, mountain stage.

First signs if cracking for Yates and on a climb which suited him. If this is real fatigue kicking in then it could become very, very bad for him as Dumoulin and Froome look like they're getting stronger and stronger.

You could see it happening. Froome is a beast.

This stage is why the Giro is the sex.

Froome isn't that far away from getting the virtual pink jersey at the moment. This has been a completely insane stage so far.

After Zoncolan finished, de la Cruz on his short interview with Eurosport said that they still want the Maglia Rosa, i thought that was beyond reach but my godness, this stage really insane.

My commentators are pissed with Carapaz and Lopez.

Well, maybe not pissed, but annoyed, and talking about non-sportsmenlike behavior from the pair.

They gain nothing by working for Dumoulin, and they still in battle with each other for white jersey. better save energy tomorrow for them i think.

I never understand this, Dumoulin is the higher ranked rider, why shouldn't they just let him do all the heavy lifting?

Boo boy!!!!!!

He'll be acquitted btw.

I was actually talking about the Giro's drug tests. But that too.

Don't have anything against him, but it should be pointed out his performance today could be wiped out of the history books.

Nah, doped has been there since ages. It just the case cycling world wants to looks good as pure as they can.

Obviously that.goes for any other rider too. Let's wait and see. :)

It's basically been a man to man battle for 80 km. Yes Dumoulin had others with him but they were never making any tempo, so it's not like Froome is taking minutes on a bunch of riders who're all working together. It's a remarkable ride but I don't see this as super human or anything. If you think about it, anything can be suspect. Yates' riding in the first 2 weeks could be considered suspect, Froome's performance today, Dumoulin outclimbing several mountain specialists, etc. Whatever you think about it though, this has been an epic and exciting stage.
