Premier League May 3-5

You can tell Sky already have a majestic video package put together for Liverpool as champions.

Can't believe how shocked the pundits have been all week when finding out Everton want City to win. I mean come on ffs, why the hell would Everton want their bitter rivals to win the premier league? They celebrated for us when we knocked Liverpool off their perch.
Exactly. One loss means feck all when the payoff is so big.

In recent months I've now seen why opposition fans hated him so much. He's unbelievably annoying.

He's been shocking this season, particularly after Christmas.

He has this idealistic view on the game which he is too stubborn to change.

He'd think it ludicrous if a scouser though United and City were just a 'big family'. Why on earth would he think Everton would have anything other than complete hatred for Liverpool?

Can you blame all the media outlets? I'm going to assume the better story is "Liverpool win their first Premier League," "Gerrard for Prime Minister," rather than "City bastards leave it late again."

What is Souness on about? Did he just suggest the atmosphere is because Everton have had lots of the ball around the half way line?

Don't Sky want a final day with City and Liverpool all square? Surely that's the most dramatic scenario that will bring the most viewers.

If Liverpool have it won by the last day it'll be a flat finish to the season. I don't get their obvious anti-City agenda here

They are not going to help Liverpool.

Toure showing exactly what a midfielder can add to the team when he can turn and beat a man.
Slow passes going nowhere, until he gets the ball and drives forward.

He does that when he plays further back too.
Ramsey can do the same for Arsenal.

So badly needed here.

Because I kind of assumed we are out of the league now I want City to win it over Liverpool because of Gerrard and all those crowing Scousers. Wouldnt it just be so Karmalicious if Gerrards 'slip' was the thing that lost them their leagie title and he never wins one in his rather bleak Liverpool career!

I still think it's weird when people want their team to lose, whatever the circumstances.

You'd have thought so, especially if Liverpool can tank Palace in their next game closing up the goal difference a bit.

I suppose it's a lot better for them and the PL if Liverpool win it ahead of a club like City or Chelsea. Makes it all far more marketable for them, the underdogs, Suarez, Rodgers etc. if they falter and finish second they pretty much lose all of that.

They were the exact same with City two years ago and milked that for all it was worth after it.

Is Barkley Everton or Liverpool fan? I have heard both, some Liverpool fans say he was a red as a kid.

Watching City tonight it begs the question of apart from DDG and either one of Rooney or RVP to partner Augero would any of our players get in their 11?

Fantastic, bet Jamie and graeme were frothing at the mouth through that half, knew they would bite to Garys bait about the everton fans - fantastic.

DDG and possibly Rooney only imo.

Gary and Tyler are so out of touch.

Did they really think Everton fans would be 'happy' with Everton winning today. Especially now that 4th place is all but done.
A different world up there obviously, our players would get excoriated if they gifted Spurs the league.
