It just occurred to me that the English Premier League is scarcely English anymore. Even the smaller clubs are full of non-English players these days.
It's not too bad from Swansea today, about half the team. Naughton, Mawson, Clucas, Carroll, Abraham

Yeah, sure, i'm certainly not saying that. Just what is often purported. But it is still a very high standard (or should be) of football and the quality is often lacking.
Atmosphere is dead in this game too, which doesn't help.

Ritchie is endangering his opponent as much as Mane was just by putting a high foot into a head like that.Maybe you could argue that Mané's was more dangerous because he was at full sprint.
Referees don't help themselves when they show such inconsistency, and on the same weekend as well.
