Premier League - Matchday 19

Bruno is allowed to talk to the ref for what it's worth, Kovacic is not. Not that this rule ever mattered, mind
It never did. Every year new rules that never get enforced consistently
If you want to be club captain then you kind of have to talk a lot.
I was more about the way he'd moan and gesticulate rather than the act itself.

Ok so man city took their time at HT again, commentator mentioned it (you can tell they're falling out of love with city because they're not winning constantly kow).

Seriously though, what are the rules? I've seen it so many times but there is never any repercussions for it.

Spurs looks worse than we did vs Wolves in general play. The key difference is that they have much more attacking threat with their attacking players.

Just in, has Oliver given City two pens and sent a couple of Leicester players off yet?
No and it will difficult to do so as City barely enter the penalty area so far. It's crazy to see but Pep has actually abandoned his principles and is having his side sitting deep, conceding possession to Leicester.

City have already been fined for delaying kickoffs over the last few seasons

With Oliver back in this city side they look so much more assured. No surprise their only win in recent weeks was with him in the team

They don't look even look that assured, even with him in there tbf

Kulusevski is so good in his new role. Didn't know he had this sort of football in him. Utter quality.

Can see another draw here for city. City lucky Leicester can’t take the chances

It's basic human nature innit ? A ref would be more inclined to be forgiving to someone who suck up to him than someone who yells at him.
It ain't rocket science
Each to their own, but I'd rather have a captain like Keano than a captain like Maguire (if you ignore their ability and just look at their communication style with refs).
