Premier League GW11

To be honest Spurs looked rather shit. But two perfect goals is all you need.
Jeez, I didn't think they looked bad at all. Very powerful, Hojbjerg is winning everything in midfield and Son and Kane are lethal. It's not pretty football but they're absolutely in charge and crushing Arsenal mentally.

Not seen a NL derby this one sided for awhile.

I dont think Arsenal were bad its just they obviously lack star quality in certain areas on the offense.

Spurs have been dogged and pragmatic but they are lucky to take full advantage of Arsenal's lack of quality by continually breaking with the two best players on the pitch in Kane and Son.

Ole is a shit coach, Arteta is a proper manger. According to the caf, I mean I don’t know. I trust the football experts here though after we lost to Arsenal. It’s not really my opinion..
Neither is good enough for Arsenal or United. Arteta seems worse though judging from this season.

Well you didn't play enjoyable football at all. Very very defensive. Two great goals minds. It's just what Mou does. Not a big fan of it, but very effective against a team like Arse.

Your not a Spurs fan, of course you wont enjoy it, who has looked the better footballing side today?

I think it’s probably fair to say Kane and Son are the second and third best players in the league, Bruno obviously being first. :D

You know that we got properly done by Spurs too don't you, you genius?

Arteta is so irresponsible for trying to send Partey on despite him being clearly injured. Possibly a torn hamstring and you hear your manager ask you to save him after he set his team up poorly leading to the counter. That little jog can genuinely aggravate the injury.

Shows how desperate Arteta is actually.

Harry Kane is the closest you get to a Wayne Rooney in modern football

Its a petty comment but Spurs would be no where without Kane and Son.:D

Jose FFS u defensive cnut!

To be honest, this is Jose at his best. Same as Porto, Inter and his first Chelsea spell. When he is bound down by expectation or at a club constantly in the media things can go sideways with him. Feel he will take Spurs up a level by the time he leaves.

It's crazy. He's not just scoring, he's also defending better than their defenders and creating chances better than their midfielders. How come ?

If his fitness is good he'll always drop deep, was doing it for England in world cup 2018 aswell when he played second half of one of the game pretty much as number 10.

Interesting looking at europe:

Juventus- Ronaldo (36 in two months time)
Bayern- Lewandowski 32
Man. City- Aguero 32
Real Madrid- Benzema 33

In any other season Kane would be number one target for a couple of those but he's fully on board the Mourinho project now so will be even more impossible than getting Son out of Spurs.

Spurs look the real deal this year. We won't win it so I'm horrible position of hoping Mourinho stops Liverpool. Cnuts.

Sure there was someone on here about six months back saying he wouldn't be good enough for Man. City if they decided on him as Augero replacement.

He'd walk into pretty much any major team in europe imo particularly as plenty of them have forwards in their 30s now.

He always was more than just a poacher. He was always able to drop deep and play. People have spoken about it in his thread. Many just forgot because of his injury hit seasons and weirdly decided to underrate him talking about he couldn't play in United forward line and all kinds of crazy talk.

Matter of taste I guess. Didn't see anything from Spurs so far that makes me admire their football. One good counter though.

But it works so who am I to talk
