They have. It is just everyone knows he is on a long contract and you would have to negotiate with Daniel Levy. Sid Lowe in the Guardian talked about it. Said it wasn't worth the effort as they knew he wasn't for sale.

They are but he can also fill in no problem centrally. Not quite as good as holding up and linking play as Kane obviously but can finish a one on one no problem and that's reflected in his goal tally each season.
Guess he must just love living in London but he's another that could well look back in 2-3 years time and think he should've won a trophy or two for his level of play.
