Premier League Gameweek 38

Guardiola can't keep going, eventually he will tire out and not be able to motivate the team anymore just like in Barca. It's impossible to keep a team at the top without a slip up somewhere. It will come sooner rather than later.

West Ham must have watched United ladies team yesterday for inspiration on how to keep a title race interesting.

We were expecting plucky West Ham to make it difficult, City to get more and more nervous as the game dragged on

Knowing how terrible our defense has been lately a thrashing was the most obvious option, especially as everyone including Moyes has provably given up this season.

We're just a slightly warmer SPL

Looks like Match of the Day won't be able to do their "jump between games/how the drama unfolded" thing then.

Rule breaking state funded club winning the title every year. Great advert for the tainted PL.

Outside of advertiser's and a few ignorant pundits I haven't heard anyone claim the PL is the best league in the world for a long time.
And nor should anyone claim it is because they'll be mocked and beaten to death.

If you needed someone to score a goal to save your life, I'd not be backing Haaland, nope. The man has a crazy number of big misses.

The PL is a true farmer's league of Europe. 6 out 7, 4 in a row.
They're on the verge of making Europe a farmer's continent too. One lucky penalty shootout away from what would have been certain back to back trebles and they've been one or two games away from multiple quadruples twice before that. Literally only Real Madrid stand in the way of Manchester City making competitive football useless in Europe.

This has been said for the past few years. He knows how to motivate his players.

Calm down. Pep goes they're Chelsea within 21 months.

Yeah, no. That's not how anything works, unless you're from the Liverpool school of "if only these 2 results were flipped, we've have won the interplanetary treble."

KDB has been in the same position and for the same shot around 4 times already.

Does Drury need to shout at the absolute top of his lungs at every single, even half chance for City?
