Premier League Gameweek 36

It's your best team right now, don't understand why are you complaining.
Maybe playing Ibe and moving Sterling upfront instead of Lambert would be better.

As for the rest its rearranging the deck chairs. Lucas or Allen instead of Gerrard,Moreno instead of Johnson etc.

Green, Traore, Hill, Barton, SWP, Kranjcar, Henry, Dunne, Sandro

Silva! Absolutely brilliant by Manchester City. Feel sorry for Chris Ramsey, no manager in the world could do anything with this QPR squad. Dreadful.
Ramsey is a lovely guy, a good coach, but a rotten manager. This lot needed someone to kick their arses.

How the hell does Sky give the MOTM to Agüero? easiest goals he'll ever score, meanwhile Silva has been pulling the strings all day and scored the best goal of the game. "A complete performance" and "brilliant goals" is being used to describe Agüero's performance. Such low standards... stats rule supreme, I suppose.

City have recovered decently since the derby defeat whereas our form went to piss.

Still think we should've finished ahead of them. It was an open goal.
Yeah them finishing ahead of us ended the season on a bit of a sour note. We were 4 points ahead of them after beating them 4-2 and just let them waltz right past us again.

You're up against Mikel and a foetus in midfield and half our team have spent the week on the piss. You won't get mauled, no chance.

Although last match Mikel seemed to remember that he joined us as an AM and is actually quite good at it. A Mikel hatrick would make my season complete. :D

Disgraceful ^ Rio would be screaming his head off telling the players to clap to the away fans.

Some of those they want to stay will leave too. I'll be shocked if Austin, Fer and Sandro are there next season.

Without Lucas they're going to run through our MF,

oi don't get too cheeky.

It's always been like that with Sky.

Chelsea better not act the bollix today and get out there and win. With how bad we've been I want to see us over the line ASAP.

I think Green was one of the better players this season (along with Austin, Fer and Caulker).

I'm not so sure about Green this season. He's been pretty poor. QPR fans wanted him dropped in January.

I was just going to say this. Mikel and a kid getting his first ever start in midfield, Remy back in after a long injury spell, Luis playing for the first time in ages, and we have nothing to play for.

Don't know why Liverpool fans are still so worried. Don't know why some United fans are nervy either. Top 4 is locked in my opinion.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh on Agüero, he was great (not even close to "brilliant" or "complete" though), but the clear stand-out for me was Silva and his goal beautifully crowned his whole performance. It's perhaps not unreasonable to award it to Kun, but it's just that it's as you say almost always like this (only Neville seems to take more things into account than just goals), the criteria seem so superficial.

He did far more than just score three goals though. Any player who gives a great game all round and scores a hattrick on top of that is always going to win MOTM.

Gerrard is playing as a holding midfielder, and Rodgers' experiments with Johnson at left-back and Can at right-back are continuing... Liverpool are going to get overrun like crazy.

Cause we've been whooped by youse ever since that 4-1 at Anfield. plus last year is very much firmly etched in the memory.

"I thought we were outstanding today and the lads showed great character. We just needed that wee bit of luck in front of goal."

Rodgers' post-game interview is done already. The result is irrelevant.

 Wouldn't be surprised.

Probably not gonna watch the match, to be honest. We're not going to finish 4th, we're not going to escape Europa league, and there's nothing on the line to play for.

Is a draw enough to finalise top 4?
Mathematically No, personally Yes. Liverpool need a win to realistically keep it going. With GD the way it is Liverpool would need to overturn a +14 GD in two games if they draw today
