Premier League Gameweek 36-37

That should be a penalty to everton first

It's a harsh red too. Cos it's not a challenge or attempt to make a challenge either

Did VAR even look at the shirt pulling on Richarlison in the build up to the red? Was beyond blatant, even if he gave a little back too.

The red was fine but if its a pen at the end, which it should have been, that wipes out the red.

I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I think the red is harsh but can’t complain too much but that should be a penalty every single day. The refs have shafted us multiple times this season and it’s disgusting.

Shouldve been a pen for Everton just before that.. clearly a foul..

Remember when VAR was introduced.. I thought this nonsense would be cut out.. Smalling used to do that a lot..
Cant believe players still get away with pulling the shirt that blatantly

Pickford looks like he snorted about 10kg of coke before the game.

this is going to be a perfect example of how referees can change football matches.

I don't see how it's harsh. The pen to Everton before, sure, but he clearly denies a goal scoring opportunity
Because VAR should have stepped in to give the clear, obvious pen to Everton and rescinded the red card as a result.

I do wonder if the Richarlison one wasn't looked at because of the red card (which is mental, if so).

I don't think we've ever seen as big of a 'swing' with one VAR decision (from red card to one team to red card being rescinded and penalty to that team in one decision) and they're probably shy of doing something like that.

Everton just got absolutely shafted, red was soft but it should never have got that far and been called back for a peno.
