Premier League Gameweek 34 (which is not the same as gameweek 35)

We don't tap into the South American market enough. We sign them when already in Europe rather than go straight to the source. We play the wait and see if they are any good game, rather than taking a risk. ETH is used to coaching these players.
Yes, And I don't think we look in the lower leagues enough. We should be looking for the next Harry Kane

Imagine getting battered by Brighton and then seeing them bring their 3 best players off the bench.

What happened in the Brighton game? Wolves so bad or were Brighton so good?

The fact England have these qualifiers coming up in June and Southgate will still pick him even if he isn't playing.
Maybe more evidence and hope of them sacking Southgate because it’s so unheard of isn’t it? Unless someone’s world class with huge status and pedigree for their club and country but damn. Wonder if they would get Potter in or if he’s proven he can’t do a job with big ego players

What's the rationale for the lack of football today? Three games only? No early evening kick off?
What a crappy day.

What’s going on with Toney? Are they going through a long process before they decide whether to ban him or not? Seems unfair on other teams that he’s still playing.

Hopefully the FA/Premier League are sued by a bunch of PL clubs for allowing Toney to play the whole season. He was charged in November and accepted the charges in February.

They are better than when Potter had them. Under him they played nice football but struggled to score, he is getting goals from all over the shop.

They're better in many different ways not just scoring. The build up play is insane, they just invite the pressure on the GKs and CBs just to beat it with quick 1-2s and get Mitoma and March going 1v1. High risk, high reward type play.

You can go mid block against them and not play that game but they can beat that too. But this is the thing that's most similar to Potter-ball.

Or of course you can sit in a low block and counter but that means you're giving them the same respect that you'd give bigger sides like City and those games mostly go for the attacker.

I hope they get stuffed today for this
Brighton with the classic looking past an opponent to us blunder. They'll drop points today so any points gained against us will be zero sum
I know they have to rest some of them with the tightness of the games, but it seems they are underestimating Wolves. Wolves have been on a decent run recently with 3 wins + 1 draw in 5.

Could see them losing this game.
Hopefully Wolves punish Brighton for resting players and then we can stop their chances of top 4 completely mid week.

Edit - a Spurs Liverpool draw would be awesome too but Liverpool won't slip up the way we did. They'll put them to the sword with ease.
They’ll drop points here and also against us

Cheers lads

Your scouting system has been absolutely awful since Ferguson left. That's why you spent so much for so little return.

Ederson is playing this game in full idiot mode with the ball, gonna give a goal away through stupidity at some stage.

I feel like City will drop points with a late equaliser today.
