Premier League Gameweek 34 (which is not the same as gameweek 35)

The most damning thing for Spurs is that Liverpool haven’t even played well

Hopefully this result gives Liverpool a false sense of security for next season and they mess up the needed rebuild. They’ve had some good results but this squad will struggle for Top 4.

I'm still in shock we actually gave away that 2-0 against a team as weak as this.
Problem is that all a team has to do is be fit enough to intensely press for a certain period of time and be motivated to do so, and its 50/50 that we just crumble. It's not even about skill or much organization. Worse teams than Spurs have given us trouble. We need players who are quick but also have good enough on and off the ball awareness and capacity to play between the lines quickly. Teams can't normally do this kind of tactic against someone like City because they've recruited in depth (then coached up some more) , that they can even carry one or two less speedy players as long as their movement is in synch with team-mates and they're good enough technically/have footballing smarts. Until we have this, no league challenge.

Knew how this was going to go so I haven’t even bothered turning it on! Daft we didn’t batter them, but I’m sure everyone said that already.

Around half of the post in this tread today

Ban for Casemiro incoming.

Seriously though, how is that not on review for red with VAR?

Casemiro would've been sent off twice for that challenge.

Skipp should be off for that, he could’ve broken Dias’s ankle. Whatever rule has kept him on needs to change.

Hasn't been mentioned yet, as posted above

I don't know. Look's like Klopp's figured out that Nunez is a dud. That alone makes them a dangerous team going forward. Maybe his price tag forces Klopp to give him a shot next season and destroys their season again.

This is to show there is no Liverpool bias from some earlier refreeing decisions in other matches

Gary spent 20 minutes talking about how shite Spurs football has been for three years then asks why everyone was unhappy in January
