Premier League Gameweek 22

Actually expected Chelsea to win this one as it was at Bridge but 0-0 is brilliant result for us. While we need to win as many points as possible, rivals dropping them certainly releases pressure and gives us space.

Wolves-Liverpool
Spurs-City

Hopefully there could be another few good results this weekend for us. Have to make sure we beat Palace tomorrow though.

We win tomorrow and I think we can stop referring to them as rivals for this season, we'd be 12 points ahead of them and the last time they won 2 in a row was mid October.

If Liverpool win their game in hand, they will just be 7 points behind us and we go to play at anfield as well.

About 18-19 games are still remaining, any team can go on an extended run and gain points.

This type of high-handedness is crazy especially when in recent years we have always wilted away under minimal pressure.

An injury here it there can still derail us.

It's just my trust in Eth that makes me think we will just about get top 4. Cannot discount any teams from 3-10 at this time.

100s of millions spent but still fielding dross like Havertz, Mount and Gallagher.
I know the point you're making but it's funny seeing havertz in there given he cost something like 60m at least, himself

Yeah and still think we could well see a very different scouse team when Van Dijk,Diaz and Jota return from injury

Thing is, we’ve played City and Arsenal twice now. We have 18 games left - it’s impossible to have an easier run in than us.

Genuinely think we will make light work of them at Anfield this year. They’re atrocious.

Oh give over and stop being a dramaqueen. We’re the third best team in the league this season. What those peasants in 9th or 10th do until the end of the season is irrelevant for our ambitions.

Their game in hand is away at Chelsea while Rashford has more Player of the months that Liverpool have wins this year.
I wouldn’t worry.

Can Dyche get Everton to shithouse their way to a result today? Be great if he can. Will make it more interesting and it will be a good test of Arsenal’s nerve if they drop points.

Everton XI: Pickford, Coleman, Coady, Tarkowski, Mykolenko, Doucoure, Onana, Gueye, Iwobi, McNeil, Calvert-Lewin.

Arsenal XI: Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko, Martinelli, Partey, Xhaka, Saka, Odegaard, Nketiah.

Hopefully new manager bounce starts today for you guys.

Surprised he has dropped Gray who has been our one attacking hope this year but I understand the thinking in bringing back Doucoure to pack the midfield with hard work and energy going both ways.

Everton lineup looks pretty solid and very sean dyche. Arsenal will still probably tear them apart.

If Everton had any another defensive midfielder available, Dyche would play him as well

David Coot has such a deckable face. Awful ref too.

Saka literally runs in to Gueye’s hand.. referee gives a foul. Pathetic.
