Premier League Gameweek 13

Hope these get an absolute pasting here. Already lost their best player to an injury. Christ 3 subs 1 point Wilder. They’re definitely a side that’s missed the fans the most but I hope karma gets them a little more.

They're definitely going down. Classic second season syndrome. Losing Henderson was a blow as well.

Matic, bless him, turning in a 0/10 tonight. I'm surprised we ever played him and Pogba in the double pivot again after that Spurs game.

More bullshit about needing a goal to get going. We concede these goals far too early to be making judgements about how the game was playing out

It makes no sense now when we have Fred, Pogba always needs a runner besides him to truly shine, see Vidal and Kante with Juve and France.

Agreed, spending 16million of limited funds on Ramsdale was a waste. Not sure what happened with their scouting on that one.

49 mins: Ally McCoist, Amazon’s co-commentator, is working himself into a lather about Marcus Rashford and his grace and beauty when on the run, falling somewhere between David-Attenborough-describing-a-cheetah and pornography.

Ramsdale is a League Two player. No idea what he's doing at this level.

Butter fingers... how can these top level keepers be so woeful ?

Might as well post now it’s all but done. We are cursed.

He reminds me of Paul Robinson who was a better keeper but they both tend to fall like a tree when diving so hit it towards the corner and it's pretty much a goal.

Man. United forward play been far too good for Sheffield United. Some nice goals from them tonight.

Not second season syndrome at all. Losing Henderson has not been a factor of it either.

You'd probably still go down with Henderson but the gulf in quality between him and Ramsdale is huge. He is Kepa level of bad.

Exactly. I’ve defended Ramsdale but this display is atrocious. Henderson not shown his best tonight either mind.

What’s this karma I’m reading too? How many clubs voted against 5 subs, more than just us :nono:

7 including you. I think people are saying its karma because of your striker getting what looks like a muscle injury. Not cool to be honest, it sucks to see anyone getting injured. Now you've made all 3 subs what happens if someone gets injured?

I reckon watching Lindelöf every week is what actually turned Anakin into Darth Vader.

We could be allowed unlimited subs and it would not change anything. Strange.

Of course it would, injuries are up 23% this season... The likelihood of another player going down injured is much higher after your changes than last season. I wouldn't say its karma as you are entitled to vote how you like but its a weird vote that you somehow feel is self serving but isn't and only puts your own players at risk.

He was actually a youth player there before Bournemouth signed him so guess Wilder knew him and given he'd been a regular in premier league fitted their criteria in replacing Henderson but simply nowhere near as good.

Our squad is paper thin, we can’t rotate like others can.

First time Sheffield United have been ahead in any league game this season. They were great at defending leads last season so intriguing watch now particularly with Man. United's knack of coming back late.
We went ahead at Chelsea too, ended up being the same type of result anyways

Probably a silly question but why do both coaching teams have arabic on their kit? Or is it just Sheffield United? I have been drinking mind.

That’s the only reason I can imagine we signed him and that we could reduce the fee too actually. Bad choice

Don't mean to be a prick, but it's not looking good for your lot.

You'll need a miracle to stay up based on tonight's evidence.
We knew this anyway, easier to accept now instead of hoping for change

Horrible by Lindelof, nervy 5 minutes incoming.

Nervy game at the end for United fans but a very important victory nonetheless.
