Premier League Gameweek 10

City have looked leggy and haggard - not a word you’d associate with a Pep Guardiola team - all season. Most of the top teams have looked like they have no juice and are just about getting over the line (or not, in Arsenal’s case). Who is even playing the best football in the league this season?
Ruben Amorim's Manchester United

Fulham. 2nd on xpts I believe to Liverpool.

We all fecking know Liverpool will win with a 87th minute Salah winner. Bastards.

Either him or VVD with a header. That entire core of players Salah, VVD, TAA, Allison who isn't playing. Wish they'd just feck off now, it's all that's keeping them competitive.

Nottingham Forest.

Seems like the top 3 are having a hangover celebrating ETH's dismissal.

Brighton has won every 50 50 ball. Liverpool seems to give the ball away so easily
I dont think they were celebrating 10H´s dismissal, most of them wanted him to sign a 10 year contract with us...

If Arse, City and Liverpool all drop points today that makes our awful start even more frustrating.

We were always going to have an awful start, honestly I didn't expect anything other than what we seen when ETH was kept on. The more frustrating thing is not getting rid in the summer.

That no card call is the beginning of Liverpool turning this around. Seen it to many times for it not to happen.

Liverpool behind in all the stats. They've not been great this season so far and their position is not a true indication of how they've been IMO.

Still reckon they will drop off at some point.

Why is that lumbering fecker VVD always given space to score in opposition boxes?

The frustrating part is that we kept ETH in the job. Looking at the way the league has gone so far, we could have been in the mix if we had just a few more points without even changing the results against the likes of city or Spurs, if we just managed to beat the teams who are absolutely awful this year.

Those dropped points against Brighton, Palace and West Ham.
We'd be on 17 points right now

How is that not a red on Haaland.
Edit: Got the ball.

Won’t mean to much though if they all drop points. Just opens the gap a little bit to the teams behind. Brighton and forest will be happy if they can both hold on and finish the weekend in top 4

City have had 0 shots on target all game. But nothing will get said about it

Liverpool, City and my beloved Arsenal have all been under par this season.

Liverpool have had a relatively gentle fixture list and didn’t seem all that when we played them.

City have been picking up points by the skin of their teeth since losing Rodri.

And we’ve lost our defensive solidity as well as attacking potency since suffering a few injuries, particularly to Odegaard.

Like others, I don’t think this will be a high points season for the eventual winner.
