Premier League Gameweek 10

Thank goodness the arsenal fans haven't spent the last few years talking up their team as being something incredible and arrogantly dismissing other teams' achievements as if they are meaningless compared to the greatness arsenal are about to experience...

Despite our poor showing we are 7 points off Arsenal with a game in hand. If and it’s a big if we beat Chelsea I can see start to rise up the table. Especially as villa and spurs are also playing.

Fecking hell... and I thought Newcastle were terrible. Arsenal had no attacking potency whatsoever. Soooo fecking crap.

And they blame all this on one injury to Odegaard when they have all their first choice players available in other positions?

The "worst Man Utd" team in many years have conceded the same number of goals as the "best defence in the league"

If we beat Chelsea tomorrow we'll be only 4 points behind Arsenal who are the team everyone expected to push City all the way, not bad considering we've have our worst ever start to a Premier League season.

Southampton haven't won in the league yet this season.

Today is that day.

Dyche has kept in Keane over Branthwaite. Interesting call!

Arsemania has a thread titled "our title charge".

Arteta talked up as football genius by the media will be interesting to see what they'll say if they fall outside the top this weekend and are eight points off the top of the table.

If Anorim stamps his authority on the team quickly I can see us climbing up the table with ease. The league is weak this season.

Lewis Hall came across as very impressive young fella in that interview.

See posts like this all the time then we go and lose the game. We’d do well to beat Chelsea tomorrow.

arsenal looked deprived of ideas today against that 451 low pressure that newcastle set up in......what is interesting though to see is the points total for the teams in positions 3-10. The amount of dropped points already across the board for teams just seems like this is the first time you can really recall such parity in the league

Odegaard is by far their most important attacking player though, without him it's a really nothing special central midfield.

And that makes them barely look like scoring a goal? I was led to believe that 1 or 2 injuries shouldn't have such an impact on performances if you are a big team..

As long as they keep insisting playing with that midfield it will go just this way. Ridiculous to not play Jorginho from start.

TenHag left United with pretty much same amount trophies as Arsenal have with Arteta. Nowhere near same criticism despite being there for so many years.
United have had a far better record than Arsenal since Arteta has been manager

Finished 2nd and 3rd twice. Won FA Cup and Carabao with Europa final, FA cup final and a slew of other semis and good runs in cups.

We probably would, if we somehow get a decent striker. Can't trust Hojlund to lead the line, at least for this season.

It's a very convenient stick to beat your own club with.

But that's the reality of most teams though, they have certain players that are just that valuable.

City to go 2 down before winning 4-2
